61st Hopeless

Nervous Wrack woke up at the station again. It was morning. Beside him was a little table with a plate and a sandwich, vegetables and a fruit tea. Care must have forgotten I neighter like vegetables nor tea. He shock his head and tried to stand up but he was still tied to the bed.

He will never trust me. He never did.

Then he saw there was his notebook and a pen on the table. Slowly he took it, opened it and went through some of the poems he wrote. They were all sad, dark and full of misery. Nervous Wrack sighed, put the book down, got the sandwich and bit in it.

Meanwhile Dark Dark, Menace, Frosty, Thrill, Numb, Fade, Young Blood, Trick and Sugar were in the kitchen eating breakfast and talking with each other. Menace ate a muesli and talked with Trick about what she dreamed at night. It was something about music and magic. Dark Dark talked with Numb about fighting and finally asked him about changing partners but he didn't want to let his partner Young Blood down. Also it wasn't very good that she was sitting near them and could hear it. But actually she was concentrated eating her browny and drinking her kakao.

So Dark Dark had to keep up with Frosty and get along with her. She just looked at her ice cream and pretanded not to hear him when he was talking with Numb about changing fighting partners. She knew he wouldn't want to change. So she didn't worry and kept eating her ice cream. Thrill and Fade were talking about a cool card game and Fade seamed to want to join them and play cards in the future. Sugar was quietly eating her strawberry and blueberry pie.

XO and Mmrs entered, made themselves a sandwich and an orange juice and sat down next to Menace. She greeted them and asked:"how did you sleep?" "Good", XO answered shortly but Mmrs said he heard some noices. That were probably Care and Nervous Wrack.

Plane Crash and Bad Idea came in later, took some muffins and kakao, sat, ate and talked with the others.

Cherry Blossom was busy at her laptop in the office as always. Saturday was reading a book in the living room. Phoenix got out for a walk. July was outside in the garden looking after the plants.

Nervous Wrack was sitting on his bed after he finished his sandwich and thought about what he could do. Care was still in the labor working on a cure. I could break the mug from the fruit tea and try to cut through the tie which holds me tied up to the bed. But I would only have one try. Maybe I'm not strong enough.

Should I really do that? I will just try and cut the tie on my hand that stops me from standing up and getting away from the bed. Will Care hear it if I break the mug? Probably. I will have to make this quietly. Carefully he spilled the tea on the floor and but it under his pillow. He punched it and the mug broke. Hypnosed he looked at the sharp pieces. They gleamed in the light. Nervous Wrack sighed and tried to cut the tie. Unfortunately he couldn't do it. He was still caught. It was hopeless.
