-Haruka POV-
"My, my. Look who we have here? Isn't it our second young master, Haruka Charles Auclair?" A familiar voice spoke. I looked up to see who that voice belonged to, and I was shocked. Noah Brown. What is he doing here?
"Noah. What are you doing here?" The way I replied clearly shows I'm not comfortable with him right now. Of course, the memory I had with him is nothing near good, even though it was for a short moment.
"Really? You're asking me why I'm here? You know I live here. I'm the one who should be asking you. What are you doing here, Charles? After I saw you, I even told my boyfriend to go on ahead. It's been more than 2 years, hasn't it? Are you here with that bastard Louis Ackerman? Seriously, he shouldn't leave his pretty boyfriend here alone." He said that and came closer towards me. His hand was trying to reach my cheek.
"You really are pretty for a man, Charles. Just leave..."
BUK!
"Get your filthy hand off of him, and he's here with me." Levi, who came out of nowhere, punched Louis in the face.
"You bastard. How dare you punch me." This time Noah punched Levi in the face, too. What's happening right now?
"If you don't wanna die, you better get out of my sight right now." Levi said with a serious voice. He's really angry right now. I could tell that for sure.
"You think I'm scared? Your punch just now is really weak, you know. You better wat….." Noah's words were cut off when Levi punched him again in the face.
"Tell me now, is my punch still weak for you? I can give you more if you still need to confirm it." Levi grabbed Noah by his hair. Not his collar but hair this time.
"Alright, alright. You win. I'll get out of here. So, let go of me." Noah said, trying to release his collar from Levi.
"Don't you ever show yourself in front of me or Haruka again. If you do, you'll never be able to get the fresh air again for the rest of your life." Levi said that and let go of his collar harshly. Noah ran away without even looking at me.
"Haruka. Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Levi rushed towards me.
"Am I not the one who should be asking you that?" You hurt your lips." I said that, looking at his lips.
"It's nothing. Here, have this." Levi handed me a cup of coffee, I guess.
"You're hurt. We should clean your wound first." I didn't take the bottle but took a tissue from my pocket instead. I wetted the tissue and gently cleaned his wound.
"I guess this is a habit for being a doctor, am I right?" He spoke.
"Well, I guess you're right. It's been my habit, and there it's done. You're lucky it's not a deep cut." I throw away the tissue and sit back on the bench.
"Well, thank you. Now, have this. It's not really hot anymore." Again, he gave the coffee.
'Thank you." I took that and took a sip.
"You're welcome. And don't you think you have something to tell me?" He asked, and that made me confused.
"I'm sorry, but I didn't get what you were trying to say." I'm not lying, I seriously didn't get him this time.
"Tch. Who's that bastard just now? I'm sure you two know each other." He looked at me with seriousness in his eyes.
"He's someone I knew when studying at Harvard. You see, he's gay, and he had a thing for me. He keeps bothering me. I could say every day, maybe. Until…" I stopped talking, and then Levi cut me off.
"Until what?" Levi keeps looking at me.
"Until I met your brother, Louis. Louis was always by my side, making it hard for Noah to approach me and at last he gave up. After that, I was able to live my life at Havard in peace until graduation. I didn't expect to run into him again here." There's not much to say, so I think that's all about Noah here.
"Are you grateful?" All of a sudden, he asked me.
"Huh? Grateful for what?" I asked him. Confused.
"Are you grateful to Louis for being there for you at that time?" His eyes never left my eyes for a second.
"Well, if I'm being honest, of course I'm grateful. He's….."
"Then, I'm grateful to you too for today. Thank you for trying everything here with me today." He grinned. That smile. I know. I know he just wanted to change the topic and don't want me to keep talking about Louis. Well, I guess I should just play along this time.
"Thank you, my ass. You know, I almost got a heart attack for trying everything here with you today. I did say we're going to try everything but only applied to you. Seriously, I should be grateful I'm not dying today. You….."
"Pfft. HAHAHAH!!!" He laughed. What. This jerk seriously can laugh right now when I'm clearly pouring all my anger at him right now.
"You… How dare you laugh at me."
"I'm sorry. It's just that I never see you keep rambling like that. But seriously, thank you for today. For being my tour guide and for being my first in everything I do with." He said it with a smile. A sincere smile, or should I say the sweetest smile I've ever seen. Wait. What I'm saying right now.
"I'm just doing what my mother asked me to do since you're a guest. Since you've been enjoying yourself enough today. We should head home now." I turned my head from looking at him. I know my face is red right now, so I don't want to get caught.
"But I still have one more place I want to go." This time, I look at him.
"What? Where else did you want to go?" This jerk. Did he realize that it's already past 10?
"It's a secret. Don't worry, it's not somewhere dangerous."
//SKIP//
"So, this is where you wanted to go? I didn't expect for someone like you to come to a place like this, the rooftop cinema of all." Well, everything he did today actually exceeded my expectations for someone as perfect as him.
"This is not my style either. But, since this is our first date, I wanted to do this with you." He smiles, looking me in the eyes. I look away.
"I told you many times already. This is not a date. If you…"
"Shh. The movie is starting, Haru-chan." What? Did he just call me Haru-chan? This jerk.
-2 hours later-
"Levi, the movie is done. Or do you want to wait for the credit?" I asked him, but there was no answer.
I glance at him. His eyes are closed. Is he sleeping right now? Seriously, he's the one who wants to watch a movie, and yet he's the one who sleeps throughout the movie. The dim light on the screen allowed me to see his face. Taking a closer look at his face, he really is handsome. More handsome than Louis, if I'm being honest. This handsome guy here, did he really like me?
"I'm going to get the wrong idea again if you keep staring at me like that.
-Levi POV-
"Levi, the movie is done. Or do you want to wait for the credit?" I heard Haruka talk to me, but I chose to ignore it to see what would happen next. After a long silence, I can feel that a pair of eyes are looking at me, and of course it would be Haruka.
"I'm going to get the wrong idea again if you keep staring at me like that." I opened my eyes, and he was clearly taken aback.
"I wasn't staring!" Trying to deny it, he turned away from looking at me.
"You weren't staring. Then, what were you doing just now?" I tried to catch him off guard again.
"I'm just trying to wake you up since you're asleep. As you can see, the movie is finished. So, get up and let's get going." He tried to get up, but I grabbed his hand, and he fell on me.
"What are you doing!"
