Elizabeth POV.
I had a blank look at first as I tried to register what she just said and she patiently waited for me.
"You mean the waitress that started working there recently?"
"Who else can it be? We both no that Lilian never had a waitress expect this new lady"
I was quiet, unable to fathom what I felt that time, if it was pity or gladness, but one thing was for sure and that includes her getting terribly injured due to what Miley just revealed.
"But I believe she'll be okay, though the accident was quite brutal." She said, grimacing to her own remembrance.
"Hmm that is really serious," I said, shaking my head.
"You should've seen it for yourself," she said.
"Hmm so I heard you are coming up" I tilted my head on the bed to look at her closely.
"Your birthday is also coming"
"Well not before yours"
"Umm true"
"So where do you want to celebrate it?"
