Destruction

Basem regained control of his emotions and looked around him clearly but all he could see was destruction, the huge international company Techlex was in ruins.

Basem was shocked at what happened he looked one last time at the destruction around him before grabbing Ben's underwear and running from the scene as he knew that some really powerful Afros with unknown technology would come to investigate as this wasn't a normal case.

Techlex was a huge international company with connections to multiple countries' governments so the destruction of such companies will catch a lot of eyes and will have to be investigated thoroughly to know what or who had such power to destroy such company in a half day and even if we ignore the destruction of Techlex there was the usage of symphony that would be investigated, the thing that weighed on Basem mind the most was the CEO master, as he obviously was someone with very high authority in the country and maybe even out of the country also he had know that Basem had the All knowing eye which was nobody was supposed to know except him, his father and his grandfather.

While Basem was working at Techlex, there was this incident where a medium-sized company was destroyed using a military tank which was laughable at the time because the Afro security kept on bragging about how there was nothing their sensors miss and they would notice if any suspicious movements where made, so when this incident happened the Afro security where made a laughing stock to the whole world but in a less than a week the Afro security deployed their special forces which was still mysterious till today and they got the culprit and how he passed under their radar uncovered and Basem noticed all this with his eyes as he was keeping an eye on the Afro security so he took a holiday break from the company and went after the special forces and by the help of void telling him the bes distance to keep away from them he spied on them and saw a device which they used to scan the tank then the device traced the footsteps of the culprit.

Basem was flabbergasted and scared at the same time and tried figuring out how does this device work and he got some guesses but no definite answers.

Knowing what would be on his tail very shortly made Basem hurry and leave the scene but before that, he had plans to bury Ben's underwear as that was the last thing he could do for his friend and savior.

"You are going to regret this," Said Basem venomously and the CEO felt a chill run down his spine.

Basem held Belta properly and charged to 50 percent power but surprisingly didn't aim at the CEO but aimed at Techlex behind him and shot a blue ball of energy.

The CEO seeing the size of the bullet scoffed and was about to mock Basem when the blue energy collided with company walls but it didn't stop there as the CEO expected it opened the wall the size of the bullet and kept going until it was in the middle of the company then it detonated.

Destroying everything in its path the Company desk, computer, and machinery but it left only one place it was the CEO's office.

The CEO could not believe what he saw how could this small bullet do this much damage rather it was like the bullet had intelligence on its own.

What kind of bullet knew its user intention and did as told?

Of course, it was Basem's new weapon Belta.

Even though Basem wasn't conscious and anger and grief were responsible for moving his body he knew that the company was empty as the CEO gave everyone an early leave except Ben as he didn't know that Basem was still inside his office.

So Basem freely destroyed the company as he knew from the hidden cameras he kept checking after he heard the banging on the door.

The CEO could not help his greedy nature about stealing this amazing weapon so he tried to negotiate with Basem forgetting that he just killed Basem's friend.

That is how Afros and most humans at the top of the food chain think if they want something they get it not caring about other lives in the process, thinking that those underthem are nothing but pests.

"Basem I got a new offer for you give me this weapon and we can act as if nothing happened" Dont be confused the CEO didn't forget his master's order but when he saw the weapon and its ability, he imagined himself returning to his master with this weapon and shooting him and killing him or even intimidate him and enslave him.

But what he didn't know was that Belta wouldn't even function if its user wasn't Basem as that was a safety mechanism Basem installed.

Surprisingly Basem agreed and threw Belta to the CEO the CEO caught it and began appraising it but Belta kept shaking as if disgusted being touched by someone other than Basem.

Suddenly a vortex opened in front of the CEO and a hand came out of it and pressed the trigger of Belta which was aiming at the CEO's face while appraising it.

"What kind of sorcery is this" As if waiting for the CEO to finish the bullet only hit the CEO after he finished talking and just like that the villain CEO was dead with his subordinates.

Satisfied with what he did Basem conscious can back and after seeing the destruction he began running.

While running he kept remembering bits and pieces of what occurred inside the company and he remembered that before running void told him to destroy his office to make it less suspicious and to prevent the special forces from looking into his invention and using them to their interests.
