Chapter 4

It' s been two weeks since he had been sick. Now he's been going good and back to his work in the cafe.

I always make sure that we always see each other. I always visited him after work in the cafe.

I called him now I know his number, when I can not visit him because of too much work for my upcoming opening of my new real estate in New Jersey.

"Jinah..are you free tonight?" Let's have dinner?" As I called him on his phone. " I'll be out at 6:00 pm since there are less people coming in the cafe, yeah sure."

" Yes. I'll be there to pick you up. Bye.``

I smile as I hang up the phone.

Jinah's (POV)

As I prepare myself to leave the cafe. There's a knock at the door. I opened it. It's Warren. My ex boyfriend. I knitted my brows and said "What are you doing here?" I smell weed and alcohol in his body. "Babe, can we work things out?" I missed you."

He started to walk forward and attempted to hug me. But he gripped my arm tightly and kissed me.

Gi's (POV)

Before I went to the cafe I bought flowers for him. He likes flowers. Got into the car and drove off.

I arrived at the cafe and I saw a man kissing Jinah. I ran to the cafe and punched the guy in the face.

"How dare you touch what's mine!" As the man struggles to stand up and wipe the blood on his mouth.

"Who the hell are you, huh!" Warren said. I looked at Jinah whose eyes were crying.

"I'm his boyfriend!" I said. "BOYFRIEND!?"

"Huh!.. your new collected boyfriend?"

"What did you say?" I said to Warren. " Yes, he collects men to satisfies his needs and demanded money for f***ing him!" As he pointed at Jinah.

Jinah's eyes widened in disbeliefs. " How dare you!" He slapped his face hard.

When he was about to slap him too I grabbed his hand and gripped it tightly.

" Don't you dare touch your filthy hands or I'll break your arm, understand?"

Warren violently takes his hand away. He pointed at me and said "Where not done here, you will be mine again, Jinah! You're mine!"

He took off and slammed the door. Jinah dropped to his knees and sobbs continuously.

"Hey..hey, it's alright I'm here." I picked him up and he sat on the chair. "Wait here I go to get water." Just a sec. okay?"

He nods and he waits for me. I got back fast and gave him a glass of water.

"Who the hell is he?" I said. He said that he is his ex boyfriend. He said that they were happy but in three months he became so demanding. When he came to him he always wanted sex. And sometimes beat him when he is intoxicated.

"Why go to the police?"I said. "I can't. I don't have the courage to do it."

" Does he know where you live?" He nods. " Do you want to go to my place and stay there for a while, if it's okay with you?"

He looked at me and said, " I don't want to be a burden to you?" "Please, I insist." I don't want that filthy guy to get you."

"Why do you care so much?" You never knew me?" I smiled and touched his cheeks with stained tears. "

" You know I like you no I mean really like you and I don' t want to see you crying." I..I love you."

"Wh-what? Y-you love m-me?"Why?"he said, shaking. I held his hands. "Yes, I love you. I know you're surprised by my confession but it's true." I said to him looking in his eyes.

"N-no, you don't love me?" Just because I'm beautiful in your eyes it doesn't mean that you love me?" He said crying again.

"You may not believe but it's really true. How can I convince you that it is true in my heart?"

"I don't know but it's too good to be true?" Just let me love you." I'm not in a hurry to know your answer but please let me?"

He just nodded and hugged me tight. " Please don't leave me. I'm scared of him."

"I will not leave you, I promised that." So let's go to my place, it's safe there and he can't find you there, okay?"

"Okay." He said. As we exited the cafe, he hugged me in my waist. And I put my arm around his shoulders.

We got into the car and drove to my house. He awed at the large front facade in my house.

We entered my house and all the maids were in line to greet me. "Good afternoon sirs. Welcome home."

"Please kindly prepare a bath and his room. " The room beside me will be his room".

"Replace all the draperies,bed sheets,pillows and all must be replaced." I ordered all my maids." Yes, sir."

"Let's go to the dining place, I'm sure you are hungry after all the dramas" I laughed and he smiled.

Again, he awed in the largest dining area I had. And all the foods, drinks named it.

He sits beside me.As we eat. He was silent and down with his food. "What's wrong?" You don't like the food?" I can ask the maid to cook what you like?"

"No,no." I love the food. it's just I'm overwhelmed by what is happening."

"So why are you silent?" I said to him.

"I just met you in three days and suddenly you said you like me no you said love me?"" Why me?"

"You want the truth?" He nods. " Like what I said I..Love..You." I said to him with a smile.

"It's hard to believe that I found a connection in you."But there is something in you that I can't refuse."

"Oh yeah?" What is it?" He said smiling.

"That.." I pointed to his smile. " That smile is something that I can't refuse."

He laughed and said "Thank you".

As we finished dinner. The maid approached me. "Sir,you're bath is ready."

"Thank you." "Jinah..you can bathe now".

As we ascend the stairs. I took him to his room. Again he awed. The room has a queen size bed,a flat tv,a sliding door leading to a balcony overlooking the city.

"It's beautiful here". He said to me."Really, as I hooked my arms around his waist. Then I turned him to me. As I cupped his cheeks.

"Jinah..I love you. Then I kissed his lips.

First he didn't respond and then he responded. The kissed last and we backed away slowly.
