Chapter 6: Kindness
The talisman in Chen Yuze's pocket glowed slightly.
Chen Yuze missed the glow of the talisman.
Staring at the lost girl in the wild, a sense of responsibility brewed within him.
"Little girl, are you lost?"
Chen Yuze tried to gentle his voice.
The girl showed a sweet smile to Chen Yuze.
"Uncle, is it okay if I and my mother hitch a ride?"
Chen Yuze saw a middle-aged woman with pale skin standing beside the girl.
He nodded.
It was midnight, and both the mother and daughter were all alone, if he left them there, they might encounter some trouble.
Suppressing the strange feeling, Chen Yuze with a dull mind made a decision to help them.
Missing out on the stiff expression of the middle-aged woman, Chen Yuze opened the door of his car.
A glow from his pocket attracted the attention of Chen Yuze and he touched it.
"Uncle"
Chen Yuze turned his attention toward the girl.
The girl sweetly said, "If you say 'Come to me, I am willing', only then I will take your help."
Chen Yuze felt strange, but seeing that it was getting late, he said softly.
"Come to me, I am willing."
The talisman in the pocket suddenly burned and Chen Yuze was stunned.
When he bent slightly to take the talisman out, the girl's expression turned hideous.
She suddenly appeared right in front of him.
"Uncle...Uncle..."
Many voices sounded all of sudden.
Confused Chen Yuze turned around.
He took a step back in horror.
Ten to twelve children with fully black eyeballs were staring at Chen Yuze with twisted smiles.
Chen Yuze felt someone standing behind him and turned his head stiffly.
A black shadow in ragged clothes stood behind him.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhh"
Chen Yuze fell down and backed off.
"Who...who are you?"
The girl walked up to him.
"Uncle, are you scared?"
"Are you scared uncle?"
Chen Yuze broke out in a cold sweat.
No words came out of his mouth.
The girl's expression turned hideous, "Since you chose this path, you chose death."
All the children smiled happily while shouting 'death' in unison.
The girl jumped on Chen Yuze.
Suddenly Yu Holea's words sounded in Chen Yuze's ears,
"When no way is out use what is presented to you today. Please keep this talisman close to you."
Chen Yuze touched the talisman.
A shrill voice sounded.
The girl held her stomach and cursed at Chen Yuze.
She said to the black shadow and children in a hoarse voice, "Arggh! Attack him!."
The black shadow in ragged clothes slowly descended in front of Chen Yuze.
He extended his shriveled hand.
Chen Yuze felt as if he was seeing his death nearing.
Sometimes kindness can lead to misfortune. He now understood it.
The hand squeezed his neck so hard that all of Chen Yuze's eyes popped out of his eyeball.
The talisman was effective against the little girl but not against the black shadow.
His breath was slowly taken away.
'Chant the prayer of God, God will make the way.'
A voice told him.

Chen Yuze opened his eyes in slight shock.
He then heard, "If you say 'Come to me, I am willing', only then I will take your help."
Trembling he turned around.
The girl and her mother were still some distance away from him.
Chen Yuze took a deep breath and started muttering a prayer.
The girl saw Chen Yuze ignoring her and shouted, "Uncle...Uncle help us."
Opening the door Chen Yuze got inside.
A hideous expression appeared on the girl's face.
She shouted, "Don't you want to help us?"
Huu
Chen Yuze started the car.
"Ahhhhhh, kill him."
The 'middle-aged' woman turned into a black shadow and started chasing the car with a Scythe.
Chen Yuze was scared when he saw the scene in the side-view mirror.
Suddenly a thought appeared in his head, 'Hold the talisman and don't look.'
Clutching the talisman, Chen Yuze accelerated and left the forest.
If only...
If only he had asked for more talismans from the girl...
Chen Yuze regretfully and fearfully thought about it.
Once this night passes he will definitely, go to the girl to ask for help.
Che Yuze side glanced at the side-view mirror.
No one.
Turning his head to the side Chen Yuze saw the ragged cloth black shadow ghost.
"Ahhhhhh"
