Once again, Liliana was busy. She headed to Springfield Town with Nadia for the home inspection at Spring Garden Apartment.
Since she was at it, Liliana planned to look around the town to see if there was a vacant shop lot perfect to turn into a cafe.
In less than three hours, the home inspector presented the report to Liliana. Because the apartment was still new, only a few minor inconveniences appeared.
All in all, the unit was perfect for her to buy.
Liliana proceeded with the purchase. The home inspector and a lawyer sent by Attorney Su helped her in the process. After analyzing and understanding the contract, she signed the agreement.
The apartment unit was finally Liliana's. She couldn't wait to officially move into the place and start decorating it as she would love to.
