I Have To Go Against Her Wish
The three days came quickly.
Not only Old Madam Shen and Madam Ma stepped foot in Liliana's apartment but, Albert and Talia were also there.
Liliana introduced the elders to Talia before moving on to her next agenda. She let them see the letters, photo albums and Cassia's diaries. The pouch was left aside for a while.
During the meeting, Liliana exposed her new knowledge about Cassia and Thomas' secret and short marriage to Old Madam Shen and Madam Ma. At the same time, she told Albert about her relationship with the Ding family.
As expected, all three of them were shocked by the discoveries. Tears and sadness followed, coming from Old Madam Shen and Madam Ma. Liliana tried to comfort them before saying her final piece.
"I'll go reclaim my place in the Ding family and make up for the injustice my mother has to bear."
