After finding out about the truck driver's suicide and how the truth was distorted, Liliana and Talia tried thinking of various possibilities that led to those. They reassured Old Master Ding to leave the rest to them.
The truck driver's last message implied that he really intended to kill Luciana and Gerry. The probability of him mistaking the spouses for someone else was low.
Then, the life-changing amount of lotteries received by both nurses was weird too. It was too highly unlikely that it was a coincidence. Furthermore, the nurses were never a customer at the lottery store.
The last one was the fabrication of the truck driver's real cause of death. His suicide was masked by having a heart attack.
To forge such an important piece of information required someone with great influence and wealth as the mastermind. Plus, it was uncanny for that person to do so for an ordinary truck driver who had no family and relatives.
