Chapter 22: Getting Ready | Learning (1) | Template of (?)

In the domain of Abundance a large array of flora could be seen the Aeons territory. The plants within the space fluctuated between blooming to withering repeatedly, and it's been happening for quite awhile now

Somewhere in that place, lies a figure sitting down and leaning their body on the trunk of thejb. tree. Their gold colored hair glistened naturally, the figure's eyes closed shut. Yaoshi, the Aeon of "Abundance" and the ruler of this particular domain, is reminiscing of the past before they were an Aeon, where they... she met a teenager at the school, who had nothing but his stories to in the game they called life and promised them that one day they'll give them what they wish a good life

Yaoshi slowly open their eyes, then tilted her head to look above her domain, only to meet pure white nothingness "I hope I can give you the "good" life you so desire this time" she uttered softly as she then closed her eyes remembering old meaningful memories in her domain in peace

3 hour and 12 minutes later...

16:12 PM | Liyue, Sea of Clouds 

Goo and I enacted our "hoarding" buying the daily stock of ingredients in Liyue Harbor's market, such as meats, potatoes, cabbage and wheat to name a few, cause after that, we went outside of the nation gathering sweetflowers and mushrooms. As for where they are stored, the meats and milk are stored in my {Inventory} to make sure they don't spoil, the vegetables and fruits on the other hand are currently stored in Goo's place in the [Serenitea Pot] stored in crates I bought from the store which cost me less than 100 C-points.

"Phew that was a quite a lot" after finishing carrying feeling tired I sat down on top of a rock, wiping off the sweat on my forehead due to exhaustion from carrying some of the crates

While staying down resting, I glanced over at the [Serenitea Pot], which was floating mid-air. It doesn't have any major differences with Travelers but this it does have a minor one, being that it has Korean writing on it which says, 'Property of Kim Joon Goo' and that he can turn it into a tattoo in meaning 'Serenity' Chinese.

A white light then started to seep out of the teapot, causing Goo to appear in the light's stead, "Well that's all of the crates, right?" he asked calmly, looking a bit indifferent as his appearance still looked clean with no sweat or signs of exhaustion from anywhere.

Seeing this an idea manifested in my head, I guess fighting "seriously" would be the only way he'll look exhausted huh' I shook my head removing such needless thoughts and then responded to Goo's question

"Well yeah" I gave a short answer as I felt to lazy "So can you tell me why you had drag me around to place, to gather such large amounts of food?" Goo asked causing me to look at him with a casual smile

"Don't you know the answer already?" I calmly stated, smirking with such action, Goo is quite a perceptive one after all, cause in another series called "Manager Kim", he joined the MC's side temporarily due to thinking of his predicament as a cliche that's similar to those manhwas he reads

So when hearing such remark from him I could only ask such question merely out of curiosity

Goo smiled back at and responded, "I could guess but I'd rather hear it from you though so can't you just say it already" 'this Hyung sure is annoying huh' I sneered at the thought as I then replied soon after, "Well there are two reasons, first is so I can cook some stuff I couldn't eat in my past life and second is just to help us survive for a long while if we ever get stuck in one spot completely" 

'Hehehe Man Goo looks disappointed hearing that huh' keeping that opinion to myself while snicker at his reaction, I then continued, "Well that's my answer, and I could already guess you think it's a boring one right"

"Yup" Goo admitted immediately towards my comment with a blank expression, he then continued "I forgot to ask but where are we now again?" he scruffled his hair for a bit trying to remember which seems struggling

'Honestly I admit this sight of him looking down right confused and irritated makes me feel like having a big brother' I thought then responded to his remark "I would say I don't know but I do see Luhua Pool in a far distance, not to mention the ruined building in the opposite direction that I'm familiar with, making me assume we're at Guili Plains" I casually said. Man this feels nice

"Well let's talk about something else" hearing this Goo then gave a suggestion "Can I see your screen?" he asked casually, he went more into detail, reasoning to me that though I let him take a peek at the contents of my {Status}, he never saw the description or entire info of the skill, so I complied with his request and let Goo look at my {Status} screen.

Goo seeing my {Status}, went to his thinking state, staring at the visibly black tinted window silently, I would want to say something but seeing that self-proclaim Hyung focused on something made me feel a bit surprised 

3 minutes later, Goo finally took his eyes off the screen, then started to ask a lot of questions about each skills ability, well the one's above the rating of "Epic" can't be seen cause Sel informed me that no one but the user (myself) can see those mid-high rated skill's details, so I told him but not before I gave Goo his own personal notebook and a pen he asked as I was about to begin saying the description. I guess he want to joy down some notes?

Anyway, I started telling each of unmentioned skills' description one by one. It went with me doing this for a while until we got to the details of the skill;[Lamenting Winds.

He stopped me after I mentioned this skills abilities and asked me one thing, "What do you think of that skill?" curious he was, Goo's eyes and ears were now all focused on me

"I think it deserves it's rating as "Unique"" I remarked slowly "No kidding little brother, who in the world thought it was a good idea to add a stupid cooldown by the time!" He scowled at the thought and I didn't even refute because I know that Goo's right. Who in there right mind 

Goo then continued "So we're going to see what this skill can really offer" "So how do we do-" my words were cut off as I felt my abdomen feels like it hit by a fast heavy object, my body collapsed, legs knelt down to the hard soil, my sights looking blurry as I see red windows emerging from my point of view

"OK, now stand up you need to get your head out of the mud Vache and use Lamenting Winds" Goo said in a calm and soothing tone affirming my suspicions that he hit me we a rather weak

Damn 7k!!! I know that he's currently way stronger than me but I didn't expect that even when Hyung is holding back it would be this strong' I thought as I was restraining myself from fainting due to my injury, I looked at Goo who stood there still with an indifferent expression

If it someone saw us right now, they would assume I'm about to be killed, however I know that if Goo really wanted to kill me he only needed to exert a little more strength when he punched me to do so, besides that I already heard his explaination from his own damn annoying mouth, though I will definitely not forgive him for this I'll get him back for this. 

For now though "Wait can you give me a minute or so to process this first" I pleaded to Goo weakly as I focused most of my time on calming myself and retaining my conscience. Hearing my remark, Goo changed his indifferent demeanor with friendly one as smiles at me, nodding with affirmation

17:12 PM

"Ok" Goo blurted out as I see him finished with writing down his notes, closing that notebook and continued talking "I got to admit you've some pretty useful skills if you play them right, they could help you fight even with me for few minutes" he said with smug 

If it were just anyone ordinary, those words would sound like sarcasm and bluff, but it was Good who said this and in my head, I interpreted that as one compliment since I know how strong Goo is or at the gauge of his abilities are. So his words seem reasonable to me

Goo then proceeded to continue taking he lead in our conversation again "Let's now discuss about the question marks" listening to him, I got a bit confused for a brief moment before finally realizing what he meant, "the new character template" as these words left my mouth he smiled remembering possibly the information I told him before

"Correct, how about we meet them?" He suggested making me think with my hands crossed and eyes closed 'I am curious not to mention they can help out with our journey so I don't see much of a harm of meeting them but will Goo be able to meet them as well?' I ended up thinking of such problem so I decided to ask Sel if he can come with me to meet them and they said yes, giving me the idea of what's next

"Sure, let's meet them" after saying that, I asked Sel to send us to meet them now causing me and Goo's surroundings to turn black for a quick second, switching our location sending us back to the very spacious room where we met for first time

There wasn't any major difference in the room except for the sudden outer-space theme tinted window appearing 

[Welcome to the Intersection Hall]

"Intersection Hall" Goo and I surprisingly uttered in unison as we stare at the screen but they didn't have time to think much as one the 19 gates opened

"Um hello?" a young, female voice echoed from with the opened entrance making me a 70% sure it's that Template's origin 

It then continued, "Oh I see some people he-" their voice cutted off as they fell on the floor as they passed through the entrance "Ow" they stood up and when I saw them my head's thoughts were a really shook now 

"So do you who she is?" Goo asked as he stared at the figure who has a petite size and body, wearing a white buttoned shirt and light blue jeans but what signals to Goo their a girl was their face looking like one of those Hollywood famous actresses

"Goo it's a trap" I said to him with a complicated expression "A what?" Goo couldn't hear, rather he thinks he misheard but "That's a trap" I said with a defeat smile and colorless eyes 

"A trap? What do you-" Goo paused. 'It seems he already connected it huh' I thought as I see him sweating bullets "They're a guy!!!" he screamed in disbelief causing the pretty boy to look red with anger "I'm not a girl, I'm a dude" they screamed at Goo with tears leaking out a bit

'Gosh that face should be illegal' I thought tired as I look at the petite pretty face, who's identity is the son of Awase Subaru, a renowned and talented actress, as well as the main protagonist of "Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi"

"Is there something on my face?" Yuu said as they see me staring for quite awhile 'Well I hope I don't convert' I prayed as I stare at Yuu's alluring face 

A/N: I love that Manga so much that I just want to put him into this novel for so many reasons. I'm already considering on putting this idiot with a certain character oh I can't wait 😃
