Revelation 1

Once I was done processing the information written in the scroll, I ran off to catch up with the others. It didn't take long as we are still inside my realm. I cannot close it yet until the space around here stabilizes, since it might cause the rift to reopen when I do so.

They found a nice place to have an unorthodox picnic of sorts. High up in a mountain, near a beautiful lake with an amazing view of the sky. The ladies formed a circle of sorts while Dainsleif was leaning against a tree, listening to their conversation.

"-He lies with a straight face~. That's why I am telling you to be careful~, because behind that handsome face lies a cunning old fox~." I heard Shuten's usual smooth voice as I approached them. Really? There has to be a better analogy...

"You are exactly right oni, that guy doesn't do things without a hidden reason." Dainsleif added mercilessly. Uwah! What about the bro code?!

"May I join in everyone? ...It isn't good to talk in someone's back, you hurt my feelings~." I announced my arrival with a saddened smile, then sat myself between Ei and Makoto. Yae brightened when she saw me, immediately turning into her common fox form to placed herself comfortably in my lap.

"Well... I am sure all of you have a lot of questions so I'd be delighted to answer them one by one. Let's start with Dain, shall we? I had a feeling he wanted to ask me something from the moment we 'coincidentally' met." I gave them my usual smile, before tossing the attention to the other weird traveler. 

Except for Lumine, my disciples don't know much about him other than being my friend. The ones closest to him would be me, the twins, Chiyo, and Orihime. Basically the first leaders of Inazuma, the others like Yoshitsune and Reizenbou have only met him a few times.

"Sure. It's been in my mind for a long time now so I might as well spit it out... No one understands the Abyss more than me. Its energy, is a curse that corrupts you, and then changes you into something else." I can already guess his question.

"If there's another person who can survive it other than me, the first to come in mind would be you. So? How did you die?" There it is! 

"What do you mean he died?!" Lumine shouted in confusion.

"Like this guy can die! You already saw what he can do earlier!" Paimon added. Praise me more!

"It is a fact that I died." Naturally, my disciples other than Kokomi who knew what had happened was shocked. Lumine knows my past identity, but didn't believe in the records that showed my 'death'.

"But not because of the abyssal energy. The corruption was nearing my soul, so it decided that self destruct was the best option. I wouldn't want to turn against Inazuma after all." I continued while petting the Kitsune on my lap. My lovely wife leaned on my shoulder to get my attention, so I patted her head too.

"To put it simply! I am not from this world!" I declared with a smug look.

"No need to tell us the obvious, Heh..." Ayaka mocked with a laugh. Ouch...

"You're not even the first to be one." This demon of emergency rations! I was the first, you know?! I just didn't know back then!

"To be more specific, my soul was from a different world. For that reason it is much stronger because of my past life. Strong enough to be reincarnated as long as you have enough elemental energy..." Someone should get it at this point.

"And to gather enough elemental energy, the Raiden Shogun enacted the Vision Hunt Decree?" Kokomi asked for confirmation.

"That's how it is." I stated, then waited for a while, to let them digest the information.

"...But, what if it failed?" Ayaka questioned with a serious expression.

"I wouldn't stop." The peacefully half-asleep Ei opened her eyes, and declared with an icy tone.

"Even I have to attack the other nations of Teyvat. I would gather double of what I used before and try it again." She continued with a slightly crazed expression.

"Take care of this crazy archon, alright? I have enough on my plate already." Dainsleif whispered at me with a smirk. Bastard! You're lucky I made sure Ei wouldn't hear that...

"Hehehe~ Ei-chan here just means that she believes Lu-chan can fix everything she did once its over." Makoto teased, making the atmosphere cheerful once more.

"And so I did! That's what I'm currently trying to do at least. Hahaha...." I laughed in a self-deprecating tone. I hope this works...

"His Majesty Lu is definitely amazing. He already fixed most of the problems of the current Inazuma. Both him and Raiden Makoto have been busy managing the nation." Yes Sara! Go Sara! The most loyal general of my wife!

"Just leave everything to boss. My adoptive father is something else." Do you really have to say the last part, little Reizenbou?! Yoshitsune only nodded and kept silent as usual.

"Onii-sama is a wonderful person! Chiyo exclaimed. Lower the smile a little, though, its too bright for my eyes. 

"Even during when he was the tengu general, he have always been capable enough to be a pillar of Inazuma." Orihime reminisced with a gentle smile, while Yae rubbed her fox cheek in my stomach.

"The current Inazuma does seem peaceful." A compliment came from Dain? That's rare!

"Lu is amazing, I guess... But peaceful?! Don't joke around, I've been busy with all the preparations he ordered me to d- Ah-." The careful Kamisato princess slipped up? That's rare!-- I mean, that's bad, isn't it?!

"Shuten! Help me a bit here!!!" I talked to her with telepathy, using our Master-Servant connection. She's been silently drinking tea- Wait! Is that the special green tea from before?! 

I realized that I was too late when I saw her drunk face, looking at me with a smirk.

"My my~ 'Lu' here seems to have done a lot of feats already~. How about I tell you about what he accomplished in our world~? Fufufu~." Not the fufus! I told you to help me, not worsen the situation... 

I grumbled in my mind, as I heard her laugh in the background.
