Chapter 26: Eula's Wonderful Affection

Amber is indeed Eula's best friend. Nolan only needed to show approval of Eula and he gained a significant increase in her affection.

Hearing this, Eula frowned slightly. She rested one hand on her thigh and stroked her smooth chin with the other, putting on a thoughtful look.

"Is there any difficulty with that?"

Nolan was a bit stunned, Could even these simple conditions not be met?

"Ahem." Amber lightly cleared her throat to get Nolan's attention, then explained in a low voice, "Although the Lawrence Clan is declined, after all, it was once nobles... No matter how declined, it will not have the kind of unseemly house that would be beneath their dignity."
