"Who is that guy?"

" I don't know but he's handsome!"

" Hey! He's the one who saved me and Riku-kun just now. "

Aether heard a lot of chatter behind him but he couldn't turn around just yet. There were still shadows remaining.

They were growling at him like a feral dog. Aether snapped his fingers and black spikes came out of the ground impaled them through the gut.

Golden Fire engulfed each one of them. It did its job effectively as the impaled shadows were burned to a crisp on the spot.

Aether smiled in satisfaction. "That's done." He thought to himself. He did not notice a group of shadows sneaking behind the group of villagers.

The shadows stopped crouching and leaped towards the villagers and screamed wildly.

"RAAYAYAYAYAYA!!!!!!" Aether turned around in an instant and tried to shoot his golden fireballs at them but he the shadows were already about to grab on a villager.

"Huginn!" He muttered with haste.

"Caw!"

In a millisecond Aether appeared beside the shadow and slammed it on the ground with his hand.

*BAM!!*

The shadow caught on fire and was burned to a crisp. Aether stood up and looked at the person the shadow was about to grab.

" Hey man. You're okay now. " Aether reassured him.

"RAAAAAGGHHHH!!!!"

Behind Aether, there was shadow high in the sky. It was about to slam Aether on the ground with both of its feet until someone interfered with its attack.

*BOOOM!!!!*

Aether turned around to see the shadow skidding on the ground. Some dirt was also shoved into its mouth while it was skidding. It suddenly caught on fire.

"AAAAHHHHH!!!!!" It screamed violently before it melted into nothing.

A very familiar person landed gracefully in front of him.

"Hey Aether. It looks like you've been busy." Aether smiled as Indarias greeted him with a smiling face.

"Hi Indarias. Where were you?" He asked the Pyro Yaksha. Indarias rolled her eyes.

"Having a picnic with my family obviously. " Indarias said with irritation in her tone. Aether snickered.

"T-that... That's a Yaksha!! What are you doing you dimwits!! Bow to her!!" Aether heard someone shout from the group of villagers.

All hell broke loose in the group as the villagers hurriedly kneeled on the ground and bowed deeply to Indarias.

" May the Yaksha live forever and continue to guide us to a path of eternal peace!!" They all shouted at her. Indarias smiled a little and walked towards the group. The villagers only bowed deeper.

"The ground is dirty. Please get up." Indarias commented bluntly. Aether shook his head for himself.

"Get up!!" Aether heard the same person shout and all of the villagers got up quickly. They were still bowing to her though. Indarias sighed in defeat and turned to Aether. She smiled.

"You didn't bow." She commented. Aether smiled.

"The ground is dirty." Indarias' smiled while a tick mark was ticking angrily on her forehead.

"Listen here, you little shit." Indarias raised her hand and grabbed onto Aether's shoulder tightly.

"Do you know how worried I was when you suddenly disappeared in front of us? Huh?" Indarias smiled creepily at him. Aether was sweating bullets.

"I just wanted to get there faster. There's innocent lives on the line here." Aether explained. Indarias sighed.

"You make a good point there. But I'm supposed to be the smartass here, mortal." Indarias gripped started to tighten on his shoulder. Aether winced a little.

"You know you can just break my bones. I'll be fine." Aether told her. Indarias snorted dramatically.

"And risk your arm to be ripped off? Yeah right. I'm not risking that again." Indarias replied to him. The villagers eyes went wide.

"Mortal.... He's a mortal like us...."

"Holy shit...."

"Why isn't he cowering in front of Lady Indarias?"

The whispers were getting louder. Indarias turned towards them and they became silent in an instant.

" Look Aether. I don't know how many times me and Bonanus have to say this but be careful and inform us about what you're going to do first. Don't just disappear in front of us suddenly without giving us an explanation. Got it? " Indarias asked him for confirmation. Aether sighed and nodded.

" Yes beautiful. I understand your point perfectly. " Aether told her while looking down into her eyes. Indarias smiled beautifully.

" Thank you. The others should be arriving here soon. They told me that they were going to lead a bunch of shadows here so we should get ready as soon as possible." Aether nodded.

" Got it shorty. " Aether replied. Indarias growled angrily.

" Hey! Who are you calling a shorty?! " Indarias asked him with a pouting face. Aether chuckled.

" I'm calling you shorty, shorty." Indarias huffed and looked away from him. Aether walked over to her and leaned in closer to her face. She turned away from him.

"Don't like it? So what do you want me to call you?" Aether asked Indarias.

At the group of villagers, Aether's clone went to the front of the group.

"Alright. The other Yakshas are running straight towards us. They're being chased by a lot of those black guys. So I want you guys to stay far away from this place. Actually I have a better plan." Aether closed his eyes. A wind barrier was rose up and surrounded the group of villagers.

"Hey! What are you doing!" The clone heard someone shout at him.

"I'm creating a barrier so you guys can be safe." Aether's clone glared at them. Using a bit of his Will, he made his eyes glow darker and his surroundings turning black.

The villagers knew better and just stayed silent.

"....How does sexy sound? You like that?" Aether asked her while walking around Indarias.

"I want you to not call me by those nicknames. I prefer you to just say my name." Indarias crossed her arms at him. Aether smiled happily.

" Sexy it is." Aether told her and grinned at her reaction. She was blushing a little.

"Hmph!" Indarias huffed like a tsundere. Aether smiled and looked into the distance.

"Those guys are getting closer." Aether commented. Indarias snapped back to reality and arrived beside him.

"Get ready." She told him with a serious face.

"Okay sexy." Aether told her. Indarias sighed and shook her head. Aether snickered. He then looked at her.

"Hey Indarias, you wanna do a combined attack? " Aether asked her while grinning widely. Indarias smirked and nodded.

"Tell me more, Aether.....
