Chapter 1 (prologue)

The one who got away...

Alex and Y/N were walking along the side of the road when the fatui went from behind Alex and told Y/N to give back the gnosis and they will leave them alone but in truth they would leave one of them alive while the other one would serve as their bate of the family.

Y/N would run after her brother but they managed to get away even after Y/N had said where the gnosis was. It was just fate to bring the death of one of the two twins. When Y/N got back they had all kinds of questions left unheard as Y/N had left them in a room.

Y/N pov.

You had taken the gnosis from your hiding place and had it in one of your hands. 'It was all because of me' you said as you tried to fall asleep.

The Grief of loss.

y/n was a normal girl but with a twist she could bend the will of dendro, one of the most rarest things in one's earth.

She holded the power of a god with her gnosis, the fatui would come around and capture her brother at that point she could not longer look back and give it up, as her brothers wish still standed 

"Please, don't you go and give it back to them, they will hunt you out..." her brother had said his last words.

 You would usaly sit with your brother but since he went on to the heavens, you could no longer stay in the open. You trained as hard as you can by the day and nights that went on.

One day... ( 1 year later )

You met a traveler who goes by the name Aether, he was heading towards Liyue, the land of contracts. You being you had ended up going with him as you did have great connection with everyone there as at lest 300 people had been there at Wangshu Inn, as you walk by some shops you see your best friend Keqing.

 You decid to say hi.

"Keqing!! How have been doing?" you asked

"Y/N!!! You scared me for a second! Wait who are you with?" she asked in curious voice.

"Oh this is Aether and Paimon!" you said almost to happy.

"Paimon says hi." Paimon had just came out of the traveler's bag after eating their food.
