Releasing the Reanimation Jutsu Part 1

Shockwaves and explosions reverberated as Ryuu and Hashirama engaged in their fierce battle. Ryuu's fist collided with Hashirama's gut, causing him to reel back. Seizing the opportunity, Ryuu swiftly made a hand sign.

Boom! A massive forest formed from Ryuu's hand, stretching out and ensnaring Hashirama's falling golem.

Hashirama's eyes widened in disbelief. "Wood Style?!" he exclaimed, realizing the extent of Ryuu's abilities.

Ryuu's Susanoo vanished, only to reappear behind Hashirama's golem. With a grunt, Ryuu grabbed hold of the golem from behind, lifting it effortlessly.

Hashirama attempted to move, but he found himself immobilized by ash. "But when did he...?" Hashirama's mind raced as he recalled the forest created by Ryuu, deducing that it was a wood clone.

Tobirama watched from a distance, stunned by the sight of Ryuu lifting the immense wooden structure. "What? That's impossible..." he muttered, struggling to comprehend the display of strength.

Ryuu realized he couldn't sustain the effort of lifting the entire golem. With a quick decision, he dispersed his Susanoo.

Boom!! The colossal wood golem crashed forcefully into the ground, shattering upon impact.

Taking advantage of the moment, Ryuu dashed towards Hashirama with incredible speed, propelled by his chakra-enhanced movements. As he neared the golem's head, he charged his hand with chakra.

"Purple Lightning Blade!" Ryuu exclaimed, unleashing a surge of lightning that spread through the wood golem, engulfing it in flames and destroying it.

Boom! Hashirama's wood golem shattered and burned, its remnants scattered across the battlefield.

Hashirama began to regenerate, his body slowly restoring itself. "Man, I have to admit, that ninjutsu was incredible," he commented while healing.

Ryuu stood across from him, feeling the weight of exhaustion from the intense battle. He held onto his knees, trying to catch his breath. "Really? You think so?" he replied, a mix of fatigue and satisfaction in his voice.

Hashirama nodded.

"Thanks a lot, you know?

That means a lot coming from you, sir."

'Hmph, this kid can't be a traitor.

He doesn't have that energy I felt when I fought Madara.' Hashirama thought to himself.

Hashirama sheathed his Katana.

"You're the one who broke Danzo's control over me, right?"

Ryuu nodded.

"Yeah, when I landed my first punch against you."

"Nice, nice," Hashirama remarked,

"That was a solid punch. Your punches are heavier than anyone I've ever fought."

Ryuu smiled and nervously scratched his head.

"Man, all these compliments coming from one of my idols. Is this a dream? It feels surreal, especially considering I'm finally taking down these people who've been a thorn in my side for years," Ryuu pondered aloud, a mix of excitement and uncertainty in his voice.

"But then again, if this were a dream, I wouldn't be struggling this much, would I? Maybe it's a genjutsu... No, that can't be. I'm not so easily caught off guard," Ryuu continued, his mind racing with possibilities.

Hashirama observed Ryuu's ramblings, finding the young ninja's thoughts to be rather peculiar. "Man, this kid is... kind of weird," he thought to himself, a bemused expression on his face.

Interrupting Ryuu's musings, Hashirama called out, "Hey, Ryuu?" However, Ryuu was so absorbed in his thoughts that he didn't hear a single word from Hashirama.

"What?"

Hashirama's head dropped with a hint of disappointment. "He didn't even hear a word from me..." he murmured, his voice tinged with a touch of sorrow.

"Ryuu!" Yuri ran towards Ryuu and hugged him.

"Mom…" Ryuu hugged his mother for the first time in years…

"I've missed you so much." Ryuu's voice broke down as tears fell from his eyes.

"I missed you too, you know."

Ryuu and his mother embraced in a loving hug after being separated for so many years. He felt like a kid again.

Hanzo joined the reunion and embraced Ryuu.

"Hey you're taller than me now, aren't you?"

Ryuu let go and measured his height.

"I guess I am," Ryuu said with a bright smile.

Tobirama and the rest also arrived.

Kakashi smiled, seeing Ryuu smiling with his parents.

'Would you look at that? It's like a weight lifted off his shoulders…' Kakashi said, as he deactivated his Sharingan with a smile.

"Hmm?" Hanzo looked at Shisui and Kagami. "Hmmm…"

"You know, that boy looks a lot like you, Kagami-sensei."

"You're right, that's because he's my grandson."

Hanzo's eyes widened.

"What? No way!"

"It's true, and I'm also Ryuu-sensei's top student. My name is Shisui, nice to meet you, Hanzo-sama, I've heard a lot about you from lord 5th and Sensei."

Shisui offered his hand to Hanzo.

"Lord 5th?" Hanzo asked while greeting Shisui.

"Yeah, the fifth Hokage, Sakumo Hatake."

"Haha haha! That fool can't be Hokage! He's-" Hanzo abruptly stopped laughing as soon as he realized Kakashi was there too.

"I probably shouldn't have laughed, but it was such a good joke that Sakumo would've been the Hokage."

"Dad, it isn't a joke though," Ryuu said and put his hand on his shoulder.

"It wasn't?!"

Ryuu shook his head.

Hanzo's head dropped depressingly…

"This village is doomed…"

'So this is where it came from…' Kakashi internally sighed as he thought to himself.

"Hey hold on, I have a surprise for you and Mom." Ryuu teleported them above the village next to his compounds.

"I'll be back in a second." Ryuu teleported away.

Hashirama stepped forward to look at the village.

"Man, this brings us back, eh Tobirama?" He said joyfully.

Tobirama walked over and stood beside him as they looked at the village.

"It does, but we shouldn't outstay our welcome here."

"Even so, it's amazing to see how great the village has gotten. Well… especially from when I left it."

Hashirama and Tobirama stared around the village, taking in the beautiful view of what they built.

Hashirama noticed houses far from where they were that he didn't recognize.

"Say, Kakashi, I don't remember the village building other compounds outside, what's with that? Have we already begun expending that far?" He said, looking back,

Kakashi shook his head,

"That's the Uchiha compounds.

Those who were blamed for the Nine-Tails attack were the Uchiha clan. Danzo's schemes put the entire clan under watch, and even under abuse. We had to move them away from the village to prevent internal conflicts… until Ryuu schemed to bring them back and root out the ones against the village."

"I see… so what you were saying was worse than I thought."

"Everything Ryuu does is for the benefit of everyone, even neighboring lands respect Ryuu.

That's why everyone trusts him."

Tobirama saw how peaceful the village was. Everyone was happy and cooperating, the villagers didn't have even a shred of animosity towards each other.

Kakashi noticed Tobirama still staring at the village, amazed by how far it had come,

"Ryuu always focuses on the positive side of your work. Even if you were the one who doomed his clan, you still improved the village, you evolved the village and pushed it so far that even neighboring villages copied your ideas… that's what he wants as well.

Ryuu wants to push the village further, and he also wants to help everyone else, he wants peace among everyone."

'So he's just like elder brother…

Only the strongest shinobi have such ideas and capability to implant them.' Tobirama thought, still staring at the village.

Fwoosh!

Ryuu came back with someone else.

The moment they laid eyes on him, Hanzo and Yuri's tears overflowed,

"Rikuto…" Yuri muttered, she covered her mouth in astonishment.

"Mom…

Dad…" Rikuto didn't know what to do. He was hesitant to move closer, even though he wanted to.

"C'mon, what are you all waiting for? This is our chance to be a full family, you know." Ryuu pushed Rikuto towards them while smiling.

Yuri pulled Rikuto in and embraced her sons for the first time together.

Hanzo stood back, still hesitant to move closer because of what he did,

Ryuu noticed his hesitation,

"Come on."

"Ryuu I-"

"This isn't a full family without you, Dad," Ryuu said with a smile,

Hanzo's eyes widened.

Ryuu went over and pulled him in,

"I'm so sorry Rikuto…

I wish there was another way, but still I-"

"Shut up." Rikuto continued hugging Hanzo while tears rolled down his eyes.

"I forgave you a long time ago, you old man."

Hanzo closed his eyes to embrace this moment with his two sons.

Ryuu was smiling, seeing his family united for the first time… and for the last time together.
