Security breech

<p>Geneva returned to her friend and cousin, who were waiting for her outside of the President's office still in his mansion; however, Though Geneva had more information to be suspicious of the President, Lucas had felt more suspicious of his intentions and knowledge. Why, though, even he doesn't know. <br/><br/>"How'd the talk go, Gen?" Said Rinai, who had no suspicions and only interest in the president. <br/><br/>"The talk went… weird, like really confusing and weird!" Geneva answered Rinai, with extra emphasis on the weird in the end. <br/><br/>Lucas paid attention to Geneva's tone and demeanor as she answered her older cousin, he just felt a very untrustworthy atmosphere around the President. What annoyed Lucas is that he couldn't say why, and could only ask himself why...<br/><br/>"Well, your hearing is somehow fixed, and you can now hear us, so, what do we do now?" Lucas asked as he crossed his arms and thought about something he seen earlier.<br/><br/>"There's nothing left for us to do, I'm honestly grateful for you guys' help but I told my mom I'd come home once all of this was over, now that it is, we just go back to our lives?" Geneva answered his question, almost like she doesn't want them to leave, however, she had to keep asking herself what would keep them together?<br/><br/>Lucas picked up on that, "WHY?!" he asked himself in his thoughts, Lucas noticed he suddenly started picking up on things he wouldn't have before, things that'd swoosh past him like the wind. He thought to himself 'forget it' it's not like he would have to see the president again anyway.<br/><br/>On their way out, Geneva thanked Lucas for accompanying her and Rinai on their trip, she noticed Lucas' face looked extremely bothered by something, what it was, she had no idea, but he walked away in silence, which she thought was strange. <br/><br/>Rinai shrugged it off, barely knowing him the way her cousin did, but even Geneva shrugged off his sudden strange behavior. <br/><br/>Geneva and Rinai get into Rinai's car and head home. They don't live far from each other so they head back together but the trip will take 8 hours to get back and it's already 7 pm.<br/><br/>Lucas stayed behind and looked unhesitatingly at them, as he told them, "You two can head home safely, I have some things to do myself." with a noticeably less goofy tone of voice.<br/><br/>Without asking any questions Geneva and Rinai drove off. Lucas checked into a hotel, barely a few miles away from the president's mansion. <br/><br/>"A few days ago I got a call from the head of homeland security writing to our department, he issued a warning of a possible threat to our nation's safety. At the moment, we have no idea who, or what is behind this attack, it could be a terrorist group or something worse, but no one man should be capable of doing this." Cyan informed his boss, the President, in a serious manner.<br/><br/>"Ah yes, I felt the glitch earlier, let's keep this out of the press, the nation doesn't need to know and anyone who might've felt it as well… will just brush it off as feeling a bit funny, all you need to do is keep your eyes on the woman, Cyan." The president gave in response to Cyan's news. <br/><br/>The President turned around and began stroking his chin, while Cyan left off with his orders, Pondering and giving himself ideas on what that quick disturbance could have been… <br/><br/>He contacted his assistant who manages mansion security and asked his assistant to take a quick look at the camera footage from the last 24 hours. <br/><br/>"Something weird did pop up on the camera sir, I..I..I can't tell what this is but someone was here earlier sneaking around the mansion. It looks like they weren't trying to get into the mansion itself but were looking for something in the grass, maybe underground?"<br/><br/>The president wonders 'who was it and what is underground?' 'What's on my property that I don't know about?' <br/><br/>Days went by and came by since Lucas split up with Geneva and Rinai, some hours after their split, Lucas bumped into someone unexplainably familiar to him. It was a generic looking man, but one he felt he knew somehow. <br/><br/>The man whispered after they looked at each other funnily.<br/><br/>"Do I know you?" Lucas blurts out.<br/><br/>"Me? No. But do I know you? Maybe so." The man says to Lucas in a threatening tone of voice.<br/><br/>"Don't joke with me!" Lucas says in a cautious tone.<br/><br/>"Hahahah I don't plan to." The man says as he walks away. <br/><br/>"Weirdo!" Lucas says with a middle finger in the air. <br/><br/>The man smirks and leaves into the distance. <br/><br/>"Has he been watching us? All this time? but I don't have a name and barely a face." <br/>"Whatever I'll just meet up with Geneva and Rinai again." Lucas says to himself.<br/><br/>Lucas is Geneva's neighbor since childhood, so he heads back to Geneva and Rinai is also with Geneva. <br/><br/>Lucas lives next door so he shows up on Geneva's doorstep to greet them. Rinai answers the door instead of Geneva.<br/><br/>"Where did you sneak off to?" Said Rinai In a curious tone of voice and an eyebrow raised. <br/><br/>"No where… why? why would you ask?" Lucas says with a voice crack of nervousness.<br/><br/>"Hmm, you're getting weirder and weirder by the minute." Rinai remarked.<br/>"What is Lucas hiding? Why did he sneak off for three days?" Rinai thought to herself.<br/><br/><br/></p>
