Terabyte, Lockjaw, Zero and Overheat stood on the rook of a sky scrapers looking down at the highway Welsh McNeil is going to pass on. The air was winding and the sun was hot, Terabyte still continue to observe the highway through binoculars.

" Man it's hot "

Overheat said, Terabyte, lockjaw and Zero looks at him because he's an oversized flame thrower, they never expected that he would complain about the heat. They take their gazes off him and continue to observe the highway.

" Hey discharge, it's been hours and I haven't seen any signs of him yet "

>> Don't worry terabyte, He's on his way so be patient <<

Discharge said.

" Hey Zero can't you teleport in the back of that car "

Overheat ask and zero shake his head explaining that he still inexperience when using his powers so he can't teleport into a moving target unless he has a clear sight of where he's teleporting to.

Soon after they saw three black Mercedes Benz all lined up behind eachother. Terabyte looked straight at head at the three of them. She turned on the infrared scanner on the binoculars and found her target in the middle car.

" Looks like he's here "

Terabyte takes a large bag from LockJaw and take out sniper parts. She started to assemble it and got into firing position on her belly and adjust the scoop.

" I'll aim for the right front tire "

She said pointing her sniper straight ahead.

"Look at how far is , your not serious going to fire from this angle and expect to hit the tire now do you? "

Overheat ask disbelieving her plan. He was right, The wind was strong and the position they are. It would be close to impossible to hit the tire from this angle.

" Your doubting my skills, Just because I'm a regular I'm not as incompetent as you "

" Fine, If you can hit the tire from this angle, I'll give you a million dollars "

Overheat made his bet and terabyte couldn't resist that tantalizing offer. She bit down on her lollipop and started chewing it.

" Fine, I'll hold you to it "

Terabyte readied herself. The air was silent as she breath in and out. She was in full concentration mode figuring the trajectory , the wind speed, The direction the wind is blowing and the bullets rotation as it traveled. Terabyte gather all that information and calculate them to find the perfect angle to fire.

Suddenly, terabyte turned the sniper to her left and fired it. The silver bullet flew through air, into a group of people that was walking on the over head bridge, Hit the rail and ricochet to hit the right tire of the middle car. The car turned off the road, hit a concert slab and flipped over onto the side.

" No way "

Overheat stood there with a dumbfounded expression because he though it would be impossible. Terabyte smirked as she looks at him with confidence in her eyes.

" I believe you owe me a million dollars "

" Wait, that was only a joke terabyte, you can't take me serious now do you? "

" You lost the bet now pay the price "

" Come on LockJaw, help a brother out"

While they where arguing zero looked through the binoculars and found a broken window in the car. He quickly teleport over into the backseat of the car where Welsh McNeil was unconscious and teleport them away. Immediately after the other guard od the car open the door and look in the back seat that was completely empty.

Zero returned to the others that was ganging up on overheat to pay up the million dollar which he does have. They stopped arguing and looks at Zero standing over the 44 year black hair man.

" It's over so can we go now? "

Zero ask.

They returned to the hideout. Welsh McNeil was bounded to a chair in the dark atmosphere. He slowly open his eyes and look at his two legs. His vision was blurry at at first and he was confused at first but soon realized that he was tied to chair.

" where am I ?! who is there ?! help me ! anyone! "

" No one can help you Mr McNeil "

" Huh "

Welsh's vision adjusted to the dark and there was a group of people before him. He was even more suprised when he saw genesis leaned against the wall on his phone

- That's Genesis, I have to give the others my location .. Huh? -

Welsh was suprised about something when he saw a small device the size of a rice grain in Discharge hand.

" Don't even bother, We already removed the tracker from your tooth, no one will find you "

" W-Who are you people? "

Welsh ask while he looked up a Discharge who was standing before him with a friendly smile on his face. Welsh was starting to sweat in fear for his life

" You can call us Misfit. Mr Welsh you have information that we want and you're going to give it to us "

" I'll tell you what I know, please just don't kill me "

" Don't worry we won't, If what you say is satisfying to us...tell us about the cloning technology "

Welsh started to explain.

" Every year 3,383,729 people die in America a year and the eath rate is 1,027.0 deaths per 100,000 population. Over 4000 people die a year on jobs across the state.

The Cloning Technology was create solely to reduce the number of deaths by replacing workers with clones and the citizens would be safe. They woupd never have to worry about risking their lives on the job and families winfvhave to worry about their family member .If we can reduce the number of deaths then the government can save billions of dollars. "

Genesis and the others listen to Welsh's explaination.

" So the government want to play with dolls so they can save a few dollars in their pocket. Reduce the number of deaths my *ss...please, you think your helping the people but your only helping yourself, It's sickening to listen to you "

Genesis said.

" He's right, and the cloning technology was developed by Dr Raphaela so it wasn't created and implemented by the government, they just stole the ideas of a Supergenius "

Terabyte added agreeing with him. They continue to question Welsh's and got more information about what's going on and what he said has perfectly aligned itself with what they had gathered so far. The cloning Technology was aslo development for military purposes. With clones fighting the battle field the military does have to worry about paying Death Gratuity and by refining the technology they could create the perfect army of warriors

" Okay, where is the technology coming from?"

Discharge ask.

" From China, We have a ship of Lab equipments arriving in 2 days at the harbor in sector 27 "

" Okay, that's a good thing then "

Discharge smiles with excitement. Genesis and the others left the hideout to go to State Sector 27. As they traveled on the highway they stopped and throw Welsh McNeil on the side of the road.

" The Toll is three kilometers ahead, so enjoy walking there "

Overheat said from the back of the Mercedes G Wagon. The Jeep drove off and genesis rides his bike behind it. Welsh McNeil watched them leaving and starts walking with no phone to call for help. As he walked he was picked up a red VW bus.

" Thank you for stopping, I have to return to get in contact with the government as soon as possible "

Welsh got on the bus and looked at the driver, a man with long curly hair and a heart tattoo on his right shoulder. Welsh look around the back where there was a group of men in female clothes and make.

" Hmm, He's so handsome "

" He's my type "

Welsh turned from white to purpose because he was panicking as he looked at the gate looking at him with lustful eyes. They dropped the seat and dragged him around the back.

" NOOOOOOO "

In the meantime.

April was sitting on Genesis old hospital bed eating a bag of potato chips while watching a cartoon on Television. She suddenly became suprised and leaped off the bed with a smile on her face

" Your here... Ugh "

She open the door and looked up at Dr Chelsea who was standing at the door with a smile on her face.

" You looks dissapointed, We're you expecting someone else ?"

" Ugh well "

April blushed as she didn't want to tell Chelsea. She tap her two fingers together and look up a Chelsea.

" Did you hear from him yet? "

April shyly ask.

" I'm sorry, "

" Boo, "

April pouts with disappointment. Chelsea suddenly got a phone call from Toshiba. She excused herself to go somewhere private to answer the call.

" Toshiba, what's up? "

>> Hey, I hope I'm not disturbing you Chelsea <<

" No,what can I do for you? "

>> You haven't heard from Genesis, have you?<<

" No, I haven't, he's not one to call someone unless he wants something "

>> I've been trying to call his cellphone but he's not answering and I can't track him either <<

" Did he do something wrong? "

>> A lot of thing, He and some friends destroyed a lab in Sector 23. My superior said I should aid the Justice X in tracking him down and so far we have no leads <<

" figures, I haven't heard from him sadly but If I do I'll contact you immediately "

Chelsea hangs up her phone and let's out a sigh.

" It's like being in a action movie with the villain as the main protagonist "

She walk back to the room where April is.

" Hey, come and join me "

April said with a smile.
