The brighter you shine
In a beautiful green forest, there's a lone house on a grass plain surrounded by tall trees. Behind it is a tall mountain and where the house stands is where the sun shines the brightest.
Ernid opens her eyes to a ceiling she didn't recognize. Her head rings, and she raises her upper body, she's blinded by a light that came through the window she slept next to.
When she looked outside, there was nothing but trees, then her memories flooded back. Flashing in her mind, she saw her father pick up the axe she had stopped Grey from picking up. Furious, he lifts it to aim at her head but Grey pushes her aside and dodges.
The axe sticks to the ground, Grey knees his face hard from the side and as he staggers back, with only one arm remaining, he picks it up and swings it from above to his neck.
