{Kyle POV}

"For living in an underground city Myrrah's bed sure is comfortable..."

I could not help but stretch out on the large bed as it took me multiple hours to find this room. I knew I could have used a small amount of divinity to Will the location into my mind but I would have to replenish it.

"Well, Sushi Roll find a comfortable spot, and let's get some sleep! We have a big day tomorrow!"

What big day? Then again every day is a big day so that's the answer! Do I understand? Not at all!

I eventually succumbed to my nightmares as I drifted off to sleep while Sushi Roll was making himself his own bed in the corner of the bedroom.

{Queen Myrrah POV}

I eventually found my General and he soon questioned about the intruder. I told him that he would be staying in the Nexus but I could feel the uneasiness.

I told him that everything would be fine as I reminded him that we need to continue our council on how to defeat the COG.

Hours passed as both myself and Skorge came up with a plan on how to deal a heavy blow to our enemies.

In a few weeks, we will be launching an attack on Jacinto. My ideal goal would be to finally wipe out the COG but knowing how resilient those pests are I'll be satisfied with causing major damage to their infrastructure.

We will be refining the plan until the fateful day so until then... I have to deal with our guests.

I made my way back towards my throne room and once I arrived could not help but become annoyed.

'I told him to remain here yet he went ahead and left. Why must he make things so difficult?!'

I suddenly had an idea and for his sake, I better have been wrong.

'I swear if I find you in my chambers I'm going to beat you...'

I started making my way towards my chamber and sent a drone to inform others to begin a search but to not harm him.

While walking I kept looking around to see if Kyle was just exploring my palace but unfortunately I didn't spot him and eventually arrived at my chamber.

I walked in as I felt my eye twitching.

'This bastard actually broke into my bedroom? He even has the audacity to sleep in MY bed!'

I could not help but walk up towards him and I was about to slap him to wake him up and throw him out of my room when I noticed his face.

'He seems no different than a regular human when he is asleep. Only when he is awake he starts spitting out nonsense.'

This would not stop me as I slapped him but to my surprise, he remained asleep. So I slapped him even hard and still nothing! Not even a hand mark!

I even tried dragging him out of my bed but he would not budge and I started wondering if I should bring a boomer to get him out.

I quickly refrained from doing that and I quickly realized that I could have made a huge mistake.

'He is capable of smacking my General across a room with his abnormal strength and he was holding back... What if he was woken up by my slap and he attacked out of reflex?'

Knowing this I found myself at a crossroad. I could continue attempting to drag Kyle out of my bed or I could simply rest elsewhere.

I once again frowned and I already lost count of how many times this man has caused me to frown. How could he not?

'I'm the Queen! How could I allow someone to just steal my chambers! This is absurdity and ridiculous!'

I decided to just go get changed as I rather not sleep while wearing my armor and as I expected he was still sleeping on my bed. I naturally wasn't going to sleep in my bed because he was currently stealing it.

I could not help but want to smack him again but it was already too late as my hand was just about to hit his face he suddenly grabbed my hand and pulled me down to my bed.

"LEG GO OF THIS QUEEN!"

I yelled out in fury as to how could I be treated as such but I quickly became confused. He didn't respond and I could still hear his calm breathing meaning... that he wasn't even awake...

I desperately tried to escape his grasp but I only made it worse as he started hugging my body like I was some sort of pillow!

I stopped moving as it would only make things worse.

"Wake up!"

I continued to yell but it was as if I was speaking to a stone wall and I started to believe I was stuck like this.

I've tried to release his grasp on me but his body was like stone and refused to budge.

I've tried yelling at him to wake up but he didn't and the only indication that he was even alive was him breathing.

'I'm trapped... I can't squirm out as it will only get worse and won't wake up... am I actually going to have to sleep like this?'

Due to my struggling earlier, my back was facing towards him while his arms were wrapped around my waist. I felt humiliated like this... yet oddly comfortable...

'No, absolutely not! I refuse to believe I could feel comfortable being trapped like this!'

Nevertheless the less I was left with two options. Go to sleep and wait for him to wake up or I could stay awake and keep trying to wake him up...

{Kyle POV}

I was currently laying within a grassy field that was all too familiar. This was the same field when I devoured the Moon Presence but I wasn't the only one here. Mother was resting in the grass nearby.

After standing up I walked closer towards her and she spoke.

"How is your dream? Do you like it?"

A small part of me wanted to do something but I ignored it and responded.

"How do I even answer that? You said my dream brought me to a new reality so does that mean I'm actually here right now or is this actually a dream?"

I watched mother just smile and after a few moments, she stood up and walked towards me. Once she arrived she started to wipe the grass off my clothes while speaking.

"You here yet not here at the same time, you can go wherever you choose to and you brought yourself home. Now how is your dream going?"

I just slightly smiled as I remembered my life on Serra.

"It's fine and I met a few people. I also met a woman and even though I just met her I am enjoying my time with her."

Mother and I continued to talk for a while but she soon spoke.

"It's time for you to wake up and return to that reality. Stay there for however long you want but you are always welcomed to come home to see me if you would like."

I only smiled as everything started shifting...
