The Entity
As they reached the center of the cathedral, the choir's hum grew louder, almost deafening. The shadows coalesced into a towering figure—a mass of darkness with glowing, red eyes.
The team froze, their instincts screaming at them to retreat.
"That's not a projection," Vlada said, her voice tense. "It's an entity."
Entities were rare in dreamscapes, manifestations of deeply rooted fears or external interference. They were dangerous, unpredictable, and nearly impossible to control.
"What do we do?" Haider asked, gripping his weapon.
"We hold our ground," Ayan said firmly. "This thing is guarding something. We need to find out what."
The entity roared, its voice shaking the cathedral. The carvings on the walls began to move, the figures stepping out of the stone and joining the entity.
"They're the choir!" Nitya realized. "They're his enforcers!"
