Chapter 14

First thing there's a freaking zombie apocalypse,then I have video game powers and now there is a freakin ninja.How the hell did my life turned from ordinary to extraordinary?.He threw his shurikens at me,I quickly drew out my pistol and shot them down using Quickshot.He came at me and started to attack me with his sword,I started to counter his attacks with my knife.By the looks of his movement I could tell he is a master in Ninjutsu and Kenjutsu by looking at the way he was swinging his katana sword and delivering his kicks.He backed away and drew out his other sword.I sheath my knife and draw out my own sword and we both started to fight each other.We both delivered a few slashes on each others bodies,then he delivered a low sweep kick and put me down on the ground and tried to stab me with his swords I rolled in order to avoid the attack.As he charged at me I jumped and delivered a strong blow to his face with my sword,he avoid it but my sword tore of his mask.I looked at his face and found something very unexpecting.

"You're a girl"I said in surprise.She had black eyes and hair,a pretty face like those asian celebrities even though she wasn't wearing any makeup.She looked at the mask that was torn up,she pulled out something from her pocket,it was a smoke bomb she used it and disappeared.

"Wow!she just disappeared like a ninja,that was so cool"

I don't know what just happened I fought a cute female ninja in a zombie apocalypse.Now this was something very unusual but freakin awesome.I drove back to the hotel.I was covered in cuts so I was feeling a pain.I pulled out a few extra vehicles in the parking lot from my inventory and went to my apartment carrying my bags, I halted my steps when my eyes percieved the sight in front of me.

"Freeze! Don't move.", she said firmly having the gun steadily pointed at me.

"Jean it's me."

"Niam?" she asked with tone laced with surprise as she lowered her gun.

"Yeah it's me. Did I startle you?"

"Oh yeah. Sorry I couldn't recognize you, you look different, a good kind of difference."

"I know right! I just got this and yeah I also brought some clothes for you".

She came to grab the bag and saw the cut on my chest

"Whoa!how did you get that?"

"I got slashed by a ninja"

She started to laugh at me "Hahaha....you got slashed by a ninja..hahaha..."

I stared at her seriously,she stopped and said "Seriously?"

"Yes!it was a real ninja with a mask,martial arts moves and shurikens."

"Okay sounds a bit.."

"Odd right first there's zombies and now there's ninjas whats next a flying pig or a robot?"

"You want me to help you out with that?"

"Sure!Let me go and get changed"I went in my room took off my clothes and came wearing my shorts.

"Hey Niam do you where is the....Whoa!"

Her eyes widened like a deer caught in headlights as she stared at me with her mouth agape.

"Where's what?", I asked not understanding why she froze.

"Oh umm, the medical kit I mean", she muttered as her gaze lowered when I noticed a splash of pink hue on her cheeks.

"Oh there in that cabinet"I pointed my finger at the cabinet and sat down on my chair.

She came and sat next to me.She started helping me with my cuts.

"Say you used to hit the gym"

"Yeah I used to do MMA at my school,why you ask?"

"Well your is seriously in good shape,I mean I have never seen muscles like these"

"My body has only 3% body fat and I worked out 6 hours a day"

"I can see the results,don't mind me asking but whats with all these scars?"she said while looking at the scars on my body.

"I got them from training?"

"What kind of training?"

"Survival and Martial arts training that I used to do with my Master and Grandfather,they were a little rough with me".

"Yeah!Sure!A little rough.What kind of little roughness leaves a person with this many scars?"

"The type that's leads a person to become a survival expert,master in martial arts,expert with firearms,and really good in climbing and parkour."i said that and she was giving me a serious look.

"look the training might have been rough but Jean look at me ,what do you think I am now?"

"You're a bit tired and you need some rest"

"Fine thanks for the help"I got up and went towards my room.

"Hey Niam!Let me say this you're amazing okay I never met someone like you."

"Thank you Jean "I said and went to my room while controlling my smile,i always loved whenever someone praised me for something.I put on my shirt and went to the terrace to get some air with a coffee mug in my hand.I stood there for a while, I was going inside until I felt someone was behind me.I looked back and quickly got into fighting stance "Came here to finish the job" I said to the ninja girl who was standing right in front of me.
