Chapter 136 - Ancestral Ember
"Thank you, teacher, I have reached 3 cycles very easily before, but I was struggling to push it further. I only got lucky today to realise that I can use elemental energy to boost the Ember's energy and let it finally complete the 5th cycle." Kyle said solemnly.
"Cycle 5?" Volta looked confused at him as if he was being mocked, "You didn't complete Cycle 5, but cycle 7!" Volta said, and an even bigger frown could be seen on his face.
These first 3 months were meant for Kyle to struggle and eventually ask for help.
After one more minute of Kyle in full excitement about him reaching cycle 7 already and Volta pondering on what to do, Volta finally sighed, "Well, congratulations, my disciple, it is something worth celebrating for sure, but because your progress is so much faster than I expected."
