Game of Thrones-The Black Lord

(Sequel To “For The Queen, Not The Prince”) It all started in Summerhall. Aegon The Unlikely’s attempt at resurrecting the Dragons was successful but at the cost of his life. The fire was able to be put out, not before it took Aegon V's life as well as his son, Ser Duncan The Tall, and a few rooms. Ever since then, the events that decide the fate of Westeros had vastly changed. Dragons had returned; it was said that during the night of the fire, a bright crimson comet was seen in the night sky. During the end of King Aerys’s reign, a Rebellion started. But it wasn’t started by Robert Baratheon due to Rhaegar’s actions. Robert instead fought for the Targaryens and was married to a Princess which resulted with them having a son, Rhaegon. Rhaegon Baratheon is the rider of Morghul, a massive Black Dragon that Hatched at the end of the Rebellion started by the River Dragon. He was not just named after the Dragon that was bound to Aegon III's first wife and cousin, Jaehera but because of Rhaegon's unique sense of humor as he inherited his mother's spirit. Zaldrizes Jaes II

(Third Person POV)

Meleys walked inside the room, holding a small ornamental chest in her arms, "What was I called all the way here for?" she said with a scowl, "Where is the High Priestess?"

She was asking the various women draped in black veils who were standing in the room, lined up in rows and columns as they looked at her. She stood in the middle of the room, looking around, a bit confused.

"You lot always unsettled me..." Meleys said as she narrowed her eyes, "I heard the Dragons roaring in response, has it happened yet?"

"Ah, Princess Meleys." A voice said

Meleys looked at the far end of the room, seeing a black silk veil surround what she assumed was a large bed. The veil parted and the High Priestess walked through it, her own veil was lifted and showed her face; that of a YiTish woman with deep green eyes that pierced her.

She was youthful and beautiful, her fair skin looked smoother than a pearl and glistened in the light of the candles. She had long and lush black hair, as dark as the Cannibal's scales, it draped all over her shoulder.

The High Priestess walked down the three steps that led to the large veil, "It has been too long." She said with a smile as she stopped and placed her hands in front of her, "You have grown into a beautiful woman. Your youth has not left you, I can see."

Meleys looked at her, "Hmph." She said with a frown, "Yea, I have been doing good. No thanks to you lot, who sold me to the Dothraki."

"That...." The High Priestess said, "Was not my doing."

"Yea, that's what you say." Meleys scowled, "But not one of you dared to protest the transaction, did you not? I-"

"Meleys." A deep voice cut her off, which caused her to stop and widen her eyes

The High Priestess smiled warmly as she stepped to the side, saying nothing.

Meleys looked at the veil, seeing the massive silhouette of The Man through it, "I..." She said softly

The veil parted and Zaldrizes Jaes walked through, wearing a black robe with his left arm resting inside it. His left eye was open, looking right at Meleys as he stepped down the steps. With every step he took, all of the other women immediately prostrated to the ground, feeling the intense aura that was emitted by the Man.

Meleys's eyes were widened in pure shock and surprise, the sight of her Father before her, healthy and imposing.

He stood next to the High Priestess as he tilted his head, "Meleys." He said again, "Look at you. How much you've grown."

Meleys took a step as her arms trembled slightly, tears forming in her eyes, "F-F-Father...." She said shakily, "Is that you?"

While his left arm was resting inside his robes, he reached his right arm forward to Meleys, "Come." He said, "Let me see you."

Meleys slowly walked towards him, her eyes wide in disbelief as he reached him, "I...." She said softly as she knelt down, "Father.....I...."

She set the small box down on his feet and she hung her head as tears ran down her cheeks, the woman began to sob as she tried to fight the tears back.

He placed his hand on her head, "My child." He said with a soothing and calm voice, "Why do you cry?"

"Father...." She sobbed, "I....I'm sorry!"

"Lift your head. You are before I, Zaldrizes Jaes." He said

Meleys slowly brought her face up, looking up at him, "I...." She said, "All these years...."

"What Vaegon did was unforgivable." He said with a serious tone as he patted her cheek, rubbing it with his thumb gently, "Which is why I did not send Vaemon to aid him in his incursion. He was to be punished for his sin, to treat his sister as property that could be sold."

"I thought....after the horrible things I said about you...back then..." Meleys sniffed, "You forsook me...."

"Never." He crouched down and ran his hand down to her shoulder, "You are mine. My daughter. My beloved and precious girl. I would have never done that. But.....when things are set into motion, they cannot be stopped. Which is why I did not rip you apart from the Khal. But do not think for one second, I, your Father, had abandoned you. Who do you think is the one who had his bloodriders killed when they insulted you back then? Who do you think is the one who 'convinced' him to treat you kindly after your first few nights with him? Who do you think is the one who send over your son to you? His Dragon? Who was it, Meleys? It was me. I have always looked out for you. Khal Drogo and his Khalassar's fate were in the palm of my hand and it all depended on how they treated you...."

Meleys looked at him, "You...." She said softly, "You did that for me?"

He leaned in and kissed her on the forehead, "I did." He said softly, "I had never stopped loving you."

"T-Thank you...." She sniffed

"You have grown into a splendid and beautiful woman." He said as he straightened up, "It pains me that you do not have the fertility needed to produce your own children, Meleys. For that, I am sorry. But come, child. You and I have much to discuss."

"Discuss? With me?" Meleys asked, "But I'm not.....Vaegon...or Valerion....."

"Unlike them, you know the experience of being a parent." He said as he offered her his hand, "Because of that, you and I will relate."

Meleys grabbed the box and took his hand, being pulled up gently as the High Priestess watched this silently with a smile.

"Father..." She said as she wiped her tears away, "I brought you something...."

"What is it, child?" He said

She opened the box, revealing a ring with a black stone on it, "I..." She said, "I found it during one of Daegon's expeditions.....I found that it could fit you perfectly...."

"Ah." He said, "A child bringing her father a present. It makes me happy, Meleys."

He offered his right hand and Meleys pulled the ring out, placing it in his ring finger with a sweet smile on her face.

"It looks nice." He said

Meleys stepped back, looking down while flustered, almost like a little girl being happy she was praised by her father.

"Dorne." He said suddenly as he looked at the ring in his finger, "Is being invaded as we speak. Your son, Khal Daegon descends upon the realm atop Drogon."

Meleys looked at him, "Y-Yes...."

"I have lived for so long, my dear." He said as he looked at her with a serious expression, "I have experienced pain like no other, you can believe that. Which is why I want you by my side when it happens."

"When what happens?" Meleys asked with a frown

"My beautiful Meleys...." He said softly, "After all the heartbreak you've gone through, you will need your Father when the inevitable comes."

"F-Father?" Meleys asked, "What do you mean?"

He reached for her hand and pulled it up, "Valerion never once told you what he planned, did he not?" He said softly, "Khal Daegon rides his dragon and leads his Dothraki Horde into Dorne. The probability of them bringing destruction into that region is high. But he probability of the entirety of the Dothraki making it past it is not that high."

"What?" Meleys said softly, a bit of anxiety creeping up on her, "No...."

"Valerion's intention with the Dothraki was not to conquer Westeros." He said seriously, "He never needed them. Daegon was never needed. And right now, the truth about Daegon...his true heritage....it will complicate things."

"He's meant to be a sacrifice."
