67 Dance of the Dragons 2

Kingslanding POV :

Aries Targaryen was a busy king ever since he gave the royal decree a few days ago.

The first meeting with the new Dragon lords was to vital for the relam more importantly it was absolutely necessary for him and his family.

The stakes were too high for him to leave anything to chance.

Everything had to be perfect and to ensure that it was he had even mended his relationship with Tywin.

He even abandoned the farce of a mad king that he was playing in front of everyone .

Yes this upcoming meeting was just that damn important.

" Your highness, Lord Aemon has arrived. " said one of the servants as they entered to inform him about the arrival of his uncle Aemon Targaryen.

" Escort lord Aemon to My Solar " orderd Aeries to the servants .

Aemon Targaryen PoV:

King's landing I never expected to return to this shit hole ever.

People might say bad things about the wall and the nights watch atleast there you know what you are getting yourself into if you ask me.

King's landing has always been one thing for me since the day I was born and in one word it could be summed up as hell.

This place was hell on earth for me and I hate it here .

Why the hell do I need to comeback to this God forsaken place....

Oh I remember my nephew Aries need my help.

"The things that we do for love" I thought to myself as I was waiting for my nephew the mad king Aries Targaryen.

"Well nephew tell me what was so urgent that you had me drag my old bones all the way over to this hell known as king's landing "

I asked my nephew as he entered his Solar.

Then Aries informed me about everything that had happened over the past few days.

"Well fuck me it sucks to be you Aries by the way dear nephew it is not too late to take the black" I joked after listening to him recounting all that happened.

I wish I could uncle God knows I need the break but I don't think that the gods would let me live my life peacefully Aries complained to me.

"But on a serious not what do you think we should do? It has been over a hundred years since the last dance of the dragons " Aries asked me.

" you wanna know what I think, ask the high septom and his gods of the seven about what they think that you should do, and then just go ahead and do the exact opposite and I can bet your ass that it would be the side with the dragons, I don't believe in gods dear nephew but I do believe that power conquers all, and it wasn't the gods that helped us conquer the seven kingdoms rather it was our Dragons dear nephew "
