Back to the 18th century:
Alora went back to her room with flushed cheeks and a racing heart.
Nothing happened between them yet staying in the same room as him, was too much for her.
"I can't let him have this much power over my actions. He shouldn't affect me like this. But what if we both end up falling for each other and get married?" A small voice inside of her said, making an unknown smile appear on her face.
"That's embarrassing. Stop, Alora. You can't like him. You are not from here. If you both get married by chance then history will change. You can't go that far," she started scolding herself after coming out of her imaginary land.
She started at the night sky.
The night was cloudy and windy. She couldn't find any star, no matter how much she tried to.
"Seems like stars are hidden by the clouds. If this stays then I would probably get to bathe in the rainwater tomorrow," a big smile came to her mouth.
