Until They Meet Again

Whole afternoon went in a flash with the kids. It was late evening, she needed to head home.

"Joon, Yoon, I need to go home now, it's getting dark now" She exclaimed.

"Aunty can't you stay with us?" Both kids looked her with hopeful eyes.

Lee Jieun looked at Su Yi-Jeong.

"Aunty needs to go home now, she must be busy with her work." He said looking straight face to kids.

"Okay, but aunty, you have to promise to meet us again." Joon said in a cute voice.

"I promise, I'll meet you both soon" She assured them.

Will I be able to ever meet them again, we live in a very different world, and I don't even deserve to be in their world. She thought to herself.

"Dad you drop aunty to her home" Yoon said to Su Yi-Jeong in a commanding tone.

Su Yi-Jeong was blank face, he was about to do the same but his sons never trust him.

"No, no need, I can take a cab back" She said hesitantly. How can she let him cause trouble again, she was embarrassed enough about last night.

"It's okay and also no cab service is there in this area" Su Yi-Jeong said without any expression.

Even though he has drivers on call 24 hours, but he wanted to drive her himself, he wants to know more about her, there is something he can feel is there mystery about her.

She hugged both the boys tightly in her arms and said goodbyes.

Both the boys waved her goodbye while she was going out, they both looked at each other and knew they need to make many plans from now on to bring aunt to this house.

"We kids have so much responsibility, if we leave this to adults, they just gonna ruin everything" Joon said with exhausted expression. Yoon gave agreed expression to him.

Lee Jieun and Su Yi-Jeong walked together towards the car. Jieun was confused, if she sat on front seat it may be too intimidating for her and if she sat on back he may get offended as he may look like driver. She was thinking hard when Yi-Jeong opened car gate for her.

Yi-Jeong opened front seat gate for her, Jieun was flustered, she was very nervous to sit beside him. No man ever has made her this nervous.

They left the mansion.

There was pin drop silence in car, both can even hear each other breathing.

She glanced at him with side eyes, evening yellow-orange light fell on his face made him look character from outer realm, he looked angelic or god like, she debated in her mind suddenly his voice made her come back to reality.

"Are you a student or do you have a job?" He asked but kind of knew she was a student.

"Final semester, medical student, my internship will start next month"

"Which hospital?"

"Continental Hospital"

Su Yi-Jeong eyes lit up.

"You live alone?" He asked

"Yes"

She wanted to ask about him but didn't dare to utter any word.

Again silence prevailed inside the car.

They reached her home, it was a normal low budget area. He was bit worried about her safety as it was not very safe place to live alone.

She hurriedly got out of the car, atmosphere was too much for her inside.

"Thank you for the ride, goodbye" She said hurriedly.

Before he can even reply she closed her apartment door in hurry. He after a thought left for home.

She was breathing heavily against the door, she couldn't believe the kind day she spent today. Her cheeks were buring red thinking about everything.

She went for shower, looking at her clothes she again went red, "I will dry clean it and return him, it's too expensive for me anyways".

She went for sleep as she has early shift for part time job. Tossing all night she couldn't sleep.

Su Yi-Jeong reached his home, called Fang Yuan "Bring me every little detail about Lee Jieun by tomorrow".
