SSR is the best card you can pull when summoning but those cards could be awakened to UR, some to TUR and rarely you can awaken them to LR.
The way you can collect their awakening medals is by killing monsters or any kind of being, each monster will drop certain medals according to your choice.
If you chose an awakening medal for Ur to go to TUR it will have a very low drop rate.
But if you're searching for an awakening medal for SR and SSR, each monster will drop at least up to 5 of them.
But if you are awakening a legendary card it will take 777 medals which is 10 times a Tur awakening medals and also it has a very very low chance of dropping.
You probably have to kill 7000 monsters to collect all awakening medals.
Now after awakening, the card what can you do with them.
There are many things you can do
You can withdraw one of the attributes of the card and add to your card that the game has in the game.
Let's if a card has the passive skill of
Ki+ 3 hp, Atk, def +80%.
from this attribute you can gain 300 in your qi control and 80% to all your stats.,
If a card has the title super Saiyan in it you can take the title away and you can become a Super Saiyan by collecting a certain amount of the card with the title super Saiyan, but the best thing is that if a card has God in their title.

SSR = 10%, 5% chance of pulling featured SSR and 5% chance of pulling Nonfeatured SSR, (Multis has 1 guaranteed SSR)
Sr= 60%, 30% chance of pulling a featured Sr and 30% chance of pulling a none featured card.
The way you summon is still the same but you do not get any dragon stones from the game you have to buy them with gacha points.
You can gain gacha point by killing monsters and stuff but for every game, you get 10 dragon stones sent to your gift box.

Sadly he pulled R Str Krillin, (the summons are me doing it on a summon simulator)
His heart was down as he remembered that doing singles would get you noting as he remembered doing many of them in his previous life but he gained nothing from singles but he still continued doing the last summon with his stone.
Next, he pulled int sr Vegeta, he wasn't mad as he was sure he wouldn't pull an SSR that easily.
He logged off the summon section and opened the team section

Tumi did not wait for anything and just picked the highest thing this card had which was its Hp.
He moved on to the Vegeta card
He looked through it and picked the best attribute it had.
Which again was its hp that gave 1896 added with Krillin and his, it became 2891.
After taking away those two things away from the cards, the two cards disappeared.
