This is the minimum/standard/average in some of them.

The exact way a cultivation stage is depends on person from person, technique from technique. No two people are the same even with the same technique between them.

Body: Needs to make a new foundation on top of the old one for every stage in the order of: Bone marrow, Bone, Muscles, Organs, Skin, Vessels, Nerves, Blood and Brain.

It starts in the Qi Gathering stage and becomes more and more in depth for every major stage.

What gets saved in the core is the excess which can't be used in the foundation.

Uses the 'Qi' from the 'core'/'dantian(s)' to open up the acupuncture for better gathering and for use of the energies. Has 2 stages where you need to open 8 channel for each.
