Magma Hive Queen

Fusion souls accompanied by the wolf lady were moving towards the core room, which was quite big as they could see it from far,

"Wait!!" the wolf lady shouted as she shielded Ryu from a freckingbee,

'But I can kill it!!' Ryu complained in mind but didn't care much as he chanted a water cannon spell on other flying bees,

Jue killed the slimepillars as Ryu didn't want to have anything to do with them, the fight went smooth the freckingbee although strong in swarms weren't much powerful on an individual level so Ryu adapted the strategy of breaking the swarm with Water cannon and then slashing the monsters individually,

"O undine the spirit of water in your name I summon!! Water cannon!!" Ryu shouted and three water balls appeared behind his shoulder and fired towards the swarm breaking it apart then Ryu rushed towards the bees as they fall to the grounds with their wings wet,

He slashed them with his daggers and made short work of them, while he thought,

'Finally no goo monsters!!' Ryu chimed in happiness, killing the bulk of bees, but he was still shocked with the wolf lady killing freckingbee with her hands only,

After many such battles, they finally reached the gate of the core room. The gate was quite big and had a hexagonal pattern all over it,

"Big brother!! I wonder what kind of boss monster will be inside," Jue said with excitement and Aiena said,

"If there will be a swarm, it would be hard to heal," Aiena said, concerned, and Ryu said,

"It is fine Aiena. after all, I don't think any boss could harm Miss. Wolfkin here," as soon as he said this the wolfkin lady pouted and poked Ryu's shoulder,

"Don't call me that big brother," to which Ryu replied,

"But you said you don't have a name" as he shrugged, and Wolfkin lady fall into deep thought as she wondered,

'I want a name….'

"Give me one… name," she asked Ryu, looking straight into his eyes with childish innocence, but Ryu was taken aback as he didn't expect something like that before he could say anything else. Aiena spoke.

"Ryu's naming sense is beautiful,"

"Big brother named our party Fusion Souls, cool right," Jue chimed in and the wolf lady nodded vigorously,

"I want a cool name!!" she looked at Ryu expectantly, who thought,

'Man, she isn't a pet or something that I can name loosely…..' he tried to change the topic as he asked Aiena and Jue to set up a temporary camp for resting but,

"Hey… hey what will you name me?"

Ryu tried to act as if he didn't hear it and the wolf lady laid her head on his lap on the mattress as she asked again,

"I want a name from you. "

"Why me though?" Ryu asked, obviously confused when Wolf lady thought,

'Because you took away the red color blinding me' as she remembered how she saw everything red and people scary when she woke up earlier. She got chills just imagining it again and she pushed further.

"I just want big brother to name me"

'Uh, I need to think hard' Ryu sighed as he nodded to her,

"I'll name you once we exit the dungeon"

"Promise?" the wolf lady tilted her face and Ryu nodded as he began patting her.

The wolf lady closed her eyes as she felt the bliss of pats on her head, Ryu's talent in patting was regularly improved since a very young age by patting Aiena, after resting for half-hour and eating the food they brought Fusion souls now stood in front of the door,

"Everyone ready?" Ryu asked with his hand on the door.

"I am ready!!" Jue said confidently. Aiena and Wolf lady nodded and Ryu prayed,

'Hope it won't be something like the giant roach from Women in white!!' Ryu wasn't a huge believer in God, but at this moment he put his full faith in his hand that pushed the door open.

The core room was calm there were many dead bodies in there and the door behind them was locked, the air was carrying a smell of blood and the core was visible on another side of the room but between them and the core was a giant hexagonal block structure of pinkish-yellow color,

"Is it a bee comb?" Aiena asked and Ryu nodded. He knew that moving a bit nearer to the hexagonal structure would awaken the bees into attacking them, but he could see something else due to [Hide & Seek].

[The dungeon master will be formed in 5 minutes Queen bee is coming out of larvae… dungeon evolution in the way]

"Jue, Miss wol… lady come with me… Aiena remain near the door and only come forward for healing when needed" Ryu was about to say wolfskin again but changed noticing her expression.

"Yes, big brother," Jue said and the wolf lady nodded,

"I will protect you!!" she bowed her head down in front of Ryu and her tail shook. Ryu understood her intentions and patted her,

They all took their position and rushed towards the hive which suddenly got the biggest swarms of frecking bees and some other kind of bees with giant spears in arms come out towards them, Ryu slashed towards the bees with an iron sword but that was not coming it,

'Well in either case no one is here' Ryu thought and turned his rings into twin fang swords as he began slashing the bees to the ground. Jue was following the example as he shouted

"[Gravel claw]!! [Gravel shot]!!" many flying bees fall to the ground, and the wolf lady was jumping menacingly and tearing the bees apart and somehow even stole the spear-like organ from the new type of bee and freely threw it towards the other bee making Ryu wonder again,

'Just who the heck is she!?' Ryu had a firm belief by now that the woman they are dealing with is at least level 50+ but it was all just his guess.

"Ryu watch out!!" Aiena shouted as Ryu, whose attention was diverted, was nearly about to be stabbed by another bee, and he barely dodged it and wondered,

'It seems the whole swarm is the boss and then there is larva in it too….' Ryu thought hard and then shouted,

"Jue, lady please get me sometimes 5 minutes would be enough" Jue and Lady who heard this both went toward Ryu as they began killing bees before they could reach him and Ryu began to chant,

"In this world, there is hell below earth deep inside the vile blood of the corrupt boils. The flames and magma of this rotten hell don't purify but punish Retribution Flames!!!"

as soon as the chant ended, a big orb of fire appeared behind Ryu and as if waiting for Ryu's signal it went flying towards the hive with a flick of hand where all the bees rushed to protect their queen on seeing the big burning orb,

'It is too late, it is an Archmage level spell' Ryu grinned but his happiness was short-lived although the bees were dying,

"Big brother awesome!!!" Jue exclaimed but Ryu shouted,

"It isn't over Jue. Stand your ground!!" as he saw the information brought by [Hide & Seek],

[The fire from the orb has fastened the process of Queen's birth due to the sacrifice of her kin Queen is born in a form away from a base Queen the dungeon is reaching permanent completion] as soon as Ryu read this, he noticed that the walls were expanding towards the core and he threw his sword extending it as big as his arm,

'This will hold for a while!!' Ryu thought as Fusion souls and Wolfkin lady saw the newborn Queen come out of the melted Hive,

'Now I wish it was roach from women in white!!' Ryu thought as he dodged the incoming [Flame shot] from Magma Hive Queen which rushed towards Jue after throwing it and head-butted him.

"Jue, fall back!!" Ryu shouted in reflex, but the wolf lady quickly protected Jue by coming in the way and punching the Magma Queen on the head,

"It is hot!!" she complained yet pushed Jue behind, who looked sour a bit,

"Jue please remain back this being is now above us!!" Ryu warned and even though Jue wanted to complain that Ryu shouldn't fight then too, he held back,

'I am not the same brat, I am not the same brat,' he reminded himself as he focused on the fight between Ryu, Wolf lady, and Magma Queen,

'I need to make distance!!' Ryu thought as he dodged another fire attack from the Queen and realized his fault in attacking by flame.

'But what in the hell is this shitty mechanism!!? If you pour flame on larvae it should die' he complained inside his head as he went behind the lady and passed her his iron sword as she point at it,

"Chant water magic…. No ice one!!" the wolf lady said and Ryu wondered how did she know he can do that, but he did not have time to think about it as he gets behind her and saw the lady use the sword gracefully even though it was just an iron sword it looked magnificent in her hands,

Ryu looked towards the Holy orb hanging on the side of his jeans and began chanting while passing mana through it for correction because his focus was shaken due to the core barely being visible between walls as his sword was holding the walls from joining.

"Return Heat to world embrace cold to freeze its body from head to toe let there be frost!!" Ryu chanted and the Magma queen's body froze for a bit but that was all the wolf lady needed, as she clawed apart Magma queen's frozen insect head from her body.

The walls moving towards each other stopped and twin fang swords fell to the ground.

"Ahh, it's finally done!!" Ryu sat on the ground with a feeling of liberation when the wolf girl looked behind and shouted cheerfully,

"I did good right!! You will give me a cool name right!?" Ryu was puzzled seeing the still cheerful lady even though this battle completely exhausted him. She was jumping and rushing towards him.
