What do we do?
Walking through the door Seth was blinded by the light while trying to feel around while his eyes were adjusting he saw buildings and shops lined up everywhere with a mix of fantasy and modern building style.
Soon after gaining his sight back Seth noticed John exit through the door behind him looking just as blind as he was. "Hey John what class did you go with? " Seth asked while putting his hand on John's shoulders.
"I went with a Knight, I put all my Skill Points into VIT and DEF so I can tank better from the start, the box Alexander gave us really helps since I already have my beginner equipment. " John said now able to see but staring blankly at Seth.
"Who are you? " John asked seeing Seth's change in hair and eye color not to mention the small red horns sticking out from his bangs.
"Seth, did you lose your mind when you entered the game? " Seth asked waving his hand in front of John's face.
"Ah well what class did you pick? " He asked wondering if Seth's class had anything to do with the horns.
"I decided to go with Demon, " Seth said casually already guessing that John got into a normal pod.
"I take it the closed black pod I saw was you then, " John said figuring it was a reward for going first.
"You guessed it, we should probably have a look around town or try to start leveling up while its just you and me. " Seth said looking around not seeing anything other than buildings and empty streets.
"Well if you know the way be my guest. " John replied, not seeing any hints of where to go.
Walking through the door the two previously exited a woman they recognized from earlier came out. She had blond hair blue eyes and quite the figure while only wearing a shirt and pants. "Hey there I guess you're the third one to make it. " Seth said while helping her walk out of the doorway. "
"Thanks, my name is Sarah. " She said grabbing Seth's hand and letting him walk her to the side walk.
"My name is Seth, and this guy is John. What class did you go with? " Seth asked, not able to tell from first glance.
"I went with Saintess, I don't really like fighting so I thought being a healer was the best option. " She replied now able to see clearly. "Well do you want to join our party? John is a Knight and I am a Demon so all we are missing is a healer. " Seth said while John's face lit up at the thought of such a beautiful girl joining them already.
"Sure, sounds like fun but what do we do now? " Sarah asked looking around having the same clueless expression the two of them had when they first saw the town.
Looking around trying to find out what to do they spotted another person that looked like a human with cat ears. "Think she is a NPC? " John asked before calling out to the cat-woman anyways.
"Excuse me, miss can you tell us how to get where the monsters are? " John yelled out getting her attention.
"Just keep walking down the street to the west and you will see the city gates as well as some shops. " The woman replied before continuing her walk in the opposite direction.
"That answers our question! " John said while running slowly to the west.
Sarah and Seth both ran after him passing him up with ease since both of them put 10 Status Points into AGI. "Wait up guys that isn't fair! " John called out causing both Seth and Sarah to laugh before slowing down the pace so John could catch up.
"I honestly feel a lot stronger right now than I do in real life. This is crazy. " Seth said while punching the air a bit "I feel the same way, " both John and Sarah said at the same time with smiles on their faces.
"It's almost like we are really living in a different world you know. " Seth continued talking as they reached a weapon and armor shop.
"Let's take a look around the shop and see if we can't help Sarah get a weapon or some armor before we head out to kill things. " Seth said, pulling out his small bag of money.
"Sounds like a good idea! " John replied wanting to make Sarah happy.
"You guys don't have to do that.. " Sarah replied timidly
Looking around the shop they looked at various weapons and armors before Sarah settled on buying a small metal rod that would allow her to use her first skill 'Small Heal' while taking a leather cloak for armor.
"That will be 42 Elru for the two items." The shopkeeper said while holding out his hand.
Paying for Sarah's equipment the group decided it was time to go off and try to kill some monsters to level up.
Walking outside the city they couldn't help but be amazed seeing a large grassy field full of small imps that are all level 1. "Guess this is the place to start leveling" John said while equipping his shield and sword. Equipping his large sword Seth ran forward and swung the weapon at the closest imp he could find.
With no weapons or armor the imp died with one strike causing the imp to pixelate and disappear leaving one Elru on the ground. Picking up the drop Seth called out to his party, "They drop Elru when they die! They also die in one hit! "
Turning to face John he noticed that he was not able to kill them in one hit, rather it took a few hits to finish one off. "Well you out points into strength! I didn't! " John called out annoyed that it took a few hits to kill the level one imps.
While he was distracted watching John attack imps Seth didn't notice that a imp was walking up behind him. Grabbing Seth's leg and biting down he yelled out in pain as he lost 5 HP from the imps bite. "You little shit. " Seth said while kicking the imp off him and slamming his sword down cutting the imp in half.
Paying more attention now Seth rejoined John and Sarah and killed all the imps that got close until the three of them finally leveled up.

"Looks like we get 10 HP and MP for every level up as well as 20 Skill points for a level up that isn't too bad compared to other games. " Seth said, causing the other two to look at him funny.
"You mean 15 Skill points right? " They both said curious if he just misspoke.
"No I got 20 Skill Points, " Seth said just realizing he gets 5 more points per level than the other two probably because of his class.
"Maybe it was a one time bonus because I got put in the black pod? In any case we should keep leveling for a bit. " Seth said wondering if the other 5 black pod classes were like this as well.
After leveling up another time from killing a large amount of imps the party decided to go further out and try and find stronger monsters to face since they stopped getting experience from the imps.
Walking through the field of imps that would no longer attack them because of their levels they had a pretty easy time finding the level 4 monsters near the edge of the forest.
"Did you get any Knight skills yet? " Seth asked wondering if the Knight class had a skill to get the attention of the monsters like in other games.
"Yeah I got 'Taunt' I can pull 3 monsters at a time and hold their focus for 30 second at a time, " John said slamming his sword against his shield using the skill to pull 3 of the lesser wolves to him.
Acting more as a party this time Seth stood beside John while he blocked the monsters attacks, using the skill he had just learned 'Dread Slash' Seth jumped beside a wolf and cut diagonally causing the wolf to howl out in pain before pixelating and leaving just two wolves left.
Using the same move on the other two wolves Seth managed to kill all three before the 30 second timer was up. "It sure is nice having an OP damage dealer to help out hahaha, " John said while using his 'Taunt' again before Seth could reply.
"We are level three, you can't really call me OP yet John. " Seth replied while attacking the next group of wolves to be drawn in by John.
"I am just thankful that I only really have to stand behind the two of you and use heal every now and then haha. " Sarah said with a giggle.
As the party continued to grind away at the seemingly countless amount of wolves they finally reached level 4 after a hour of work. "We are making quite a bit of money off this, good thing we made a party. It would have taken much longer to do this solo, " John said while picking up the money piled up on the other side of his shield.

"Should we keep fighting wolves till level 5 then head back to the town? " Sarah asked while taking her share of the money. "I think that is a good idea maybe some of the others will have more information.
Seeing a blinding light again the group was teleported to the starting town of Exmortana in an open area surrounded by all of the others who decided to play the game.
"Hello again everyone, I would like to thank everyone for deciding to play the game. Before you look there is no log out feature the only way out is by ending the game, but try not to worry too much your bodies have been cryogenically frozen and your debts have all been settled! The only thing you need to worry about is beating the game! Currently there are 102 players right now while we will be adding two thousand new players a day until all 100,000 open spots have been taken! So if you are smart you will take advantage of your head start and begin leveling. It looks like we already have three people who have reached level 4! " Alexander said while standing on a platform in the middle of the small crowd.
"I almost forgot to tell everyone but this is the beginner town of Exmortana, in this town you will find houses you can buy, rooms for rent, restaurants, among many other shops and services! The Adventurer's Guild, Clan, and various other functions will be unlocked after 20,000 players have joined. " He said while people started to yell out questions regarding the game and how long they will be trapped here.
"The game is designed to last one year! Of course that all depends entirely on how fast you progress through the game! I should also note that there are no second lifes, respawns, or revives outside of the class 'Angel'. With that being said there are only 6 special classes that will be granted special privileges known only to those players minus the hint I just gave about the 'Angel' class. There will be no further questions… Be sure to have fun make sure you use this life like you would in the real world. " Alexander said before pixelating showing that he logged off with a special message reading, 'NPC's can answer most questions you have'.
"What should we do? " Sarah asked in a worried voice to both Seth and John.
