144 Issue #4

Zeus was the most surprised of all of them. They just felt his new aura and couldn't track him anymore by locking onto him. Zeus was able to feel that the time dilation field he placed around Jack's body had eroded away.

'How did he change so much with just a moment? He's too dangerous to be left alive.'

Coming to a decision in a moment, Zeus gave the order.

"No need to hold back any longer. Kill him!"

With Zeus's command, the other Olympians made their move. The group had a formation they had usually stuck to and went for it.

Athena charged towards the front as the vanguard. Hera was the mid-guard with her magic while Artemis and Apollo were the rearguards due to their archery skills.

Athena's shield began to blow as it unleashed its full power enchantment which showed a large green energy shield.

Raising his left hand, Jack unleashed a purple miasma of energy that clashed with the green shield for a few moments before eroding it. Aegis's most powerful shield and the attack were nullified in a moment.

So when Athena bashed Jack, it was simply a contest between metal and man. And with Jack's level of strength, he was easily able to block the attack with his bare hands.

Athena's eyes were glazed. While she was caught off guard, Jack gave her a heavy kick to the head, knocking her a few dozen meters away.

Hera was surprised that Athena was blown away but did not stop. She gathered a large amount of magical energy and fired it as a beam to destroy Jack.

Jack gathered as much miasma as he could and concentrated them into a beam before firing it at Hera's attack. Jack's beam instantly nullified hers as they made contact before continuing on towards Hera.

The goddess tried to create a powerful barrier but it was destroyed the moment Jack's attack made contact with it.

When the beam clashed with Hera, the goddess was blown away with moderate injuries to her person.

"Shit! How did he get so powerful, Sister?" Apollo asked Artemis as he nocked his bow

"It doesn't matter. We kill him now!" Artemis replied

The pair fired an arrow each but the arrows multiplied into thousands of arrows that rained down on Jack's location. Each of these arrows was filled with either solar or lunar energy.

Towards the thousands of arrows that were raining down on him, Jack summoned just as many arrows made of ice before covering them with abyss magic and firing back.

The arrows clashed in the sky of the unknown planet, causing thousands of explosions across the sky. It resembled fireworks in the sky like in America on the 4th of July or China during New Year.

Zeus looked at the scene in indifference. He understood exactly what was happening and why they were losing.

'He gained a new power. Whatever it is, it is nullifying our divine magic.'

Jack was already on their level but due to lacking knowledge of how to use divine magic, he was not able to match their attacks or keep up with them. But with Abyss Magic, Jack had been able to easily make up the difference and his inexperience just by covering his attacks with it or unleashing the magic in its raw form.

But Zeus was not worried. He saw that only Hera had sustained some injuries and that was because she chose to block instead of dodge his attack. Athena had already recovered from the kick delivered to her while Artemis and Apollo were completely unharmed.

"It seems that I will need to assist them."

Zeus teleported in front of Jack and stabbed toward his face with his spear. Jack was able to teleport out of the way without Zeus being able to track him or disable his teleportation as he had done before.

Zeus tried to extend his senses to find Jack and found that he had teleported into the sky above. But before he could teleport to catch up to him, a giant, purple-scaled hand crashed down on Zeus's body from above.

Jack had shifted into his Armored Dragon Form which now resembled a bipedal purple dragon. Zeus was trapped under Jack's foot. The Skyfather felt chagrined at first before having his malevolent feelings emerge to the surface.

'He dares to step on me?!?!'

Lightning surrounded Zeus's body before exploding upwards and blowing off Jack's foot. Before he could get out of the hole, Jack's foot healed almost instant before being brought down again while covering it in purple miasma. Zeus's body was sent even deeper into the ground.

Jack pulled his hand back before punching out. He then teleported Zeus in front of his hand and sent the Skyfather into a mountain on the other side of the planet.

Jack looked at the destruction that he had just caused and felt proud of himself.

'Zeus wasn't even hurt from any of my attacks. I guess that is what makes him a Skyfather,' Jack thought to himself. 'Let's finish this off now.'

"You 5 are pretty weak for 5 of the strongest Greek gods," Jack accidentally said his thoughts out loud

"Except that we had almost ended your life before you had a sudden boost in strength," Athena shot back. Her pride would not allow her to be insulted

"True. 5 vs 1 is the perfect number to have some fun."

Jack's body split into 21 copies before 5 of each copy teleported toward each one of the Olympians while one body stayed where the original had been.

Each of the Olympians except for Zeus looked at the new situation with horror written across each of their faces. Especially Athena.

She may have talked big but her strength lay in planning and defense. Against an unknown enemy such as Jack, taking him on by herself was already dangerous but 5 of him was just plain suicide.

"Now it's 5 vs 1 in my favor. And please don't call me a coward. You are the 5 strongest Olympians after all. Before we begin, let me ask you one question. Would you prefer my clones to use their Titan Forms or not?"
