Sniper Rounds
Jade didn't miss a beat. She pivoted on her heel, her movements a blur of grace and lethal intent. Her blade swept out in a wide arc, catching the first zombie across the torso.
The sharp steel sliced through rotten flesh like a hot knife through butter, cutting the creature in half. It crumpled to the ground, its upper body sliding off its legs in a grotesque display.The second zombie reached for her, its fingers clawing the air.
Jade ducked under its outstretched arms and spun again, her sword extended. The blade connected with its neck, severing the head with a clean swipe.
The head flew off, trailing a grotesque spray of dark blood, before the body stumbled and fell forward, landing with a heavy thud.
