Chapter 1(Reworked)

The abyss, an infinite and eternal entity/realm that has existed since the start of the multiverse. In said abyss laid a soul, a battered and bitter soul but one nonetheless. The soul floated and floated, oftentimes coming near the boundary of many worlds. But no matter how often it tried it would seemingly be rejected, that is until a grayish blob of energy seemingly appeared out of nowhere and dived right into the soul. After a few moments, the soul begins to shake and violently vibrate, before long the vibrations grow volatile enough to move the soul towards a particular direction.

Eventually, the soul finally managed to reach its destination, a world of some sort. But this time, it would not be rejected. Instead, it would be violently pulled down and shoved into a fleshy meat bag. One in the shape of a woman with a large belly and pale pink eyes and long golden hair.

William POV(MC)

"Moma moma !! Look at what I made!" I exclaim as I jump at her. She manages to quickly catch me and exclaims in a surprised tone "Oh, what is this? A paper bird? My my my, What a talented child you're." She kindly says before patting my head.

After a few more compliments she gently drops me on the ground and I run to my room. After entering it, I quickly glance around to check either or not anything has changed. After confirming that nothing was amiss I made a beeline for the bed and simply diver into it, muttering the word "status" in the process.

Note: The average stat for a non magically enhanced human being is 3, While 4 and 5 are for stats that are particularly exceptional among the general populace. The level for the normal population is about 5-6 and SP stands for stat point. To gain the HP and stamina you must add STR with END and multiply that by 3 for HP and for STA you must add AGI and END and use the same formula.

Gamers Mind (Gives the user Gamers Mind)

Allows the user to block out all emotions should the user desire and blocks out any foreign influence on the mind. This along with the Gamer body is famed for being the classic gamer set.

Gamers Body (Gives the user Gamers Body)

No matter how debilitating an injury maybe, you're able to easily recover from it so long as it has stopped damaging you. Also allows the user to negate all bodily needs for a short period of time .

Old Soul(+1 wisdom)

A soul that has seen and experienced much, this allows it to make wiser better decisions basing it off their large and versatile memories, and their results.

Young Body(+40% Growth Rate)

A young body while fragile has just started and as such has much more potential than those older than it who have already chosen their path.

Soldier(+1 wisdom and 10% growth rate with weapons)

A soldier is someone who has experienced the bloody nature of the battlefield. Oftentimes having to make the best decision even if they have grave consequences, gives them unique wisdom. Due to their occupation, they're trained to fight with any weapons meaning that they're familiar with all sorts of ornaments.

Foreign Entity(Unknown)

Due to coming from a foreign world, this entity does not operate using the same system and standards of this world. What this entails? No one truly knows, after all, if Gaia herself can't even recognize it as an entity does that mean it will completely escape her notice? Or will something else occur?

After a brief look at my stats, I let myself smile a little at how far I've progressed in a couple of days. It wasn't long before I muttered "Inventory"

I slightly frown, glancing at how empty my inventory is, granted I've only unlocked the system for a few days. But still, this is pathetic, I don't even have any emergency rations or water. Just one small problem, how will I go and gather food and water? Should I just go into a store and steal it? Risk Being caught? Or should I go to the kitchen and take it, but that way my caretakers would notice. If I tried to just enlarge my meals and keep the leftover people would also notice I'm eating more.

Even if I did find a good source of food and water, it wouldn't be nearly as nutritious as I like since the main product this region produces is wheat and barley and they import only a minuscule amount of any resource they may need. Ahh, if only I could once more have the sweet comfort of living in the 21st century, of being able to go to the continent store that was always within a 5 minutes walk no matter where I am.

But then again, I don't mind living here either. After all, I would never be able to experience the wonder of magic otherwise. And of being in the perfect position to shape the future as if it were my playground, ahh the joy of being in the 1920s. What will the up and coming World War be like? What would the consequences of my interference be? Even I who has caused all of these changes, do not know.
