The truth behind Loki's past

[3 days later]

Jemisha was with Loki and a few of his men at her villa.

The first two days she completely locked herself up in her room and cried a lot, because she felt guilty and sending Loki to kill his brother.

Today she finally she came out of her room.

Loki was having breakfast with his men and they talked about his recovery and he asked them to leave for a little while.

He decided to tell Jemisha why he didn't mind to take on her request.

Jemisha came in to the room and everybody was surprised but were relieved she finally came out.

Jemisha sat down next to Loki and he gave her a mug of coffee.

She took a sip and she slowly started to wake up.

She then looked at James and then at Loki, her look said I know what you have done.

"Don't be mad Black Rose…"

'Who said I'm mad?'

"Then why do you look at James like he had committed a crime?"

Jemisha then looked back at James, 'Thank you for changing my bandage these past two day, it must have been hard on you taking care of two injured people.'

"Not at all Black Rose, you're a friend and friends should help each other when they are down or injured."

Jemisha then looked at Loki, "Did Blake complain?"

Loki was taking a sip of his coffee and handed her his phone.

She saw all the message and she busted out in a laugh.

She then saw a message from Chris and Hugo.

She was crying out of laughter.

Chris: Just tell him I don't mind if James becomes her 3rd husband.

Hugo: I don't know what you said to him but this was the face he made.

Jemisha saw the picture and she and send it to her own phone.

James saw Jemisha laughing and wondered what was so funny.

So he asked her and she waved him over.

She showed him everything, at first he looked surprised but then he saw the picture and he started to laugh.

"I did hear you like to mess with him…but you 3 are really a golden trio."

'Wanne join us?'

"James looked at Loki and he nodded slightly."

"Well I don't mind…but do you really want someone like me as your 3rd husband?"

'My first husband doesn't mind, and my second husband doesn't seem to mind either…'

'Your good looking so I don't see why you can't and you took very good care of me during treating my wound.'

Jemisha stood up and hugged James.

Suddenly Jemisha's and Loki phone went off.

Blake: Loki get James out of there right this instant.

Loki: Sorry I can't.

Warry: Her is another treasure.

Jemisha looked at the picture and couldn't stop laughing.

Blake had a look of jealousy on his face

Jemisha sended a text to Chris and told him what had happened and the attached the picture of Blake's jealous face.

Mouse: You really know how to pull Blake's strings, but I'm glad to see your up to your old tricks again. I'll be back soon and come to see you. I love and miss you so much, see you soon.

All of Loki's men left accept for James, Loki took Jemisha to the garden and he started to tell his story.

"You see Killian and I were indeed brother, and we didn't have bad blood from the beginning."

"But it all changed the night I was announced successor of the family…"

"Killian took me out of the house under te pretense to celebrate my achievement, but little did I know he would betray me."

"He took me to a secluded area and he stab and shot me."

"I knew then that he was actually jealous of me becoming the successor when I fell unconscious he just left me for dead."

"I was unconscious for 6 days and when I woke up I was at Harvey Argenti house."

"I was told that Killian told my father I was kidnapped and when he found me I was already dead."

"Harvey told me he could take me in and if I wanted revenge one day on him he would turn his head away, he also told me Killian was a well-established leader of his own gang under his command, but what he did was unforgiving because it would cause him trouble if the truth came out."

"So I told Harvey not to bother; I already died that day so… and even if I did return there, there would be nothing for me."

"So I left for America and started a new life there and set up my own gang, I actually am the eyes and ears for Harvey in the states, and conning people is a trade I learned over the years. My knife combat is the only thing that is left of my former life."

Jemisha listen to his story and after he was done telling her she pulled him in to an hug and stroke his head.

'What are you going to do now that you had your revenge?'

"I'll stick to you, because at least it gives me a new purpose in life, and it's more fun."

Jemisha smiled at Loki.

"Let's stick together all of us."

Jemisha nodded.

'Still I'm…'

Loki stopped her by putting his hand in front of her mouth.

"Like I said before, he had it coming, you don't need to apologize to me and I should thank you Black Rose, thanks to you I was able to get my revenge."

'Knifes do you by chance know why he was targeting me like that?'

Loki pulled her in to a hug "I know but if I tell you, you probably going to do something reckless."

'I won't, I promised Jack I would stay grey.'

"Alright."

"It was somewhat a personal thing for him and he got an order to do so…"

"The personal part was that he hated the fact that you managed to get me and the others at your side, you could say he was pretty jealous for the time you were Jemisha Argenti, but he also didn't want to recognize you could be the heir to Harvey's position."

"The one who ordered the attempt's, came from your former grandfather, what I found pretty strange, the old man was silent for a long time..."

Jemisha still found it strange, why would the old man made a move on her even thought she was an adoptive daughter.

'Well let's give the old fox a small warning first.'

"What do you have in mind?"

Jemisha smirked 'We kill his money.'

"But won't Harvey suffer from this as well?"

'He won't because his business are completely separated from his fathers, Harvey was smart enough to detached himself from his father because if the day would come that somebody would come after his father, his finance wouldn't collapse.'

"So you're going to kill your former grandfathers money line."

Jemisha nodded 'This way I stay grey and won't be breaking my promise to Gunner, the only drawback to this is that I paint a very, very big target on me.'

'So it's best I discuss this with everybody.'

She explained to Loki what she was going to do, but it required her to have ties with underworld of Europe and America.

She would look for her former grandfather's business and buy up as much stocks and invest a lot of money in the company's he owns. And when the time is right she would pull out and this would make him suffer a great loss.

"It's too dangerous…"

"Not necessarily." James came up to them.

"As long as she can offer the big heads of the underworld in Amerika what they want they wouldn't dare to do anything to her."

"And besides taking over the underworld of Europe is a done deal since it's in chaos right now because of her."

"But still…"

"Boss, she needs all the support and fallowers she can get, if the old man take's you all away she is left with nothing, while we all love her and want to protect her, the moment your hands are tied so are ours."

"Well there are some other ways to go around this as well, you all can quit your position as the 5 generals of the Argenti, or you and Chris will take over the underworld of Amerika and Blake takes over the position of the king of the European underworld."

"As for Jack and Hugo…they could just up and leave and join Black Rose at her side in her company."

"Black Rose if you can fix the economics of the European underworld, you'll will be acknowledge as a Queen, it would only strengthen you position and safety, and the 5 of them can switch sides and the old man can't touch you or take them away."

'Sounds tempting but then I would have broken my promise with Jack.'

"Well you have time to discuss and set your trap for the old man, you're not in a hurry."

Jemisha nodded.
