"And your sister, when is she coming home ?" She asked.

His mother held his hand and gazed outside the window of her room.
"You know we only have each other now me , you and her. We must protect our family " she said.
He could see the sadness in her eyes as she said so. After years of suffering, they finally got some peace, even with her sickness they always found happiness in each other's presence.

He heard the door to her room open and voices.
Turning he saw Lilly with her father and mother walk in, then Bella and Enzo with their baby in her arms.
He stood up in surprise to see them all there.
