Poor Dragon!

Contrary to her belief that she might not be related to the female lead of this world; Long Lei was overwhelmed to confirm that she was indeed the third daughter of the Prime Minister, Long Aotian of the Great Qin.

"I don't like them. I mean… they don't like me. My stepmother tried to kill me."

"What? She tried to kill you. Why didn't you tell me before? We should go and avenge your grievances." Meng Zhang suggested.

His hyper voice was showing his enraged feelings.

Long Lei omitted the fact that only her stepmother hated her and everyone aside her was just normal towards her.

Since no woman can accept the children of other women even while sharing her husband even if they are sisters.

They would not be women if they accept the child of others so easily. It would be against their nature. For this, she didn't hate her stepmother who was her blood-related aunt.

After all, the family of the protagonist could not be that lame to torture others, it would be against the norms. Long Lei was aware of it.

Long Lei knew some facts of the story even if she didn't read it in the past. The family of the protagonist, her elder sister Long Meng Ran was strict and good.

Long Meng Ran was not a typical white lotus but a genius woman that loved equality and justice although this world was more open and liberal there were still stereotypes of women being inferior to men.

She fought against it and helped the psychotic male lead ascend to divinity. After all, he was not a typical cold character who was highly arrogant and away from the masses.

Nangong Ah Jin was the colorful evil lord who knew the way to enjoy life. A devil in human disguise. He knew the way to make everyone eat from his palm.

The female lead was his subordinate who was in love with him and he as the fair and impartial man accepted her finally. At last, they lived happily in their divine pagoda after conquering and uniting the world and becoming gods in this world.

What a joke?

This was one of the main reasons that she didn't want to read the novel. She could not understand the logic of sharing the male lead two other secondary female leads.

There must be a big hole in the brain of Long Meng Ran who talked about equality and freedom but still readily accepted everything given by the male Lord.

Where were her equality and freedom?

What about love?

It was not even reverse harem. What kind of female-centric novel was this?

Long Lei despised the idea and therefore didn't took the initiative to read this novel.

Who would have thought that she will be stuck in this world through an accident?

Life was full of surprises. In her case, it was more shocking.

"No need. Why should I spend my life hating others? I don't want to bother about her. I am happy living with my godfather. Why should I go back and torment myself by living with people who don't like me?"

Long Lei pointed out the fact to Meng Zhang to suppress his curiosity as well as to clear herself from delivering her to the path of male lead by associating with the female lead.

On the other hand, the azure dragon was impressed by her wisdom and was in awe to see a new kind of perspective in this strong eat the weak world.

He was a dragon and naturally strong but he was kind of sad to see the shallow and narrow-minded people in their world that didn't care about anybody aside from them.

It was so frustrating that he wanted to spend his life in isolation. He was hiding in the dark forest near the lake because of this reason; protecting the soul flute was just his nonsense to give a reason to others.

Poor dragon, could not see the fact that Long Lei was just preventing him to go across the female lead. It was a beautiful misunderstanding.

She just didn't want to lose him, the perfect and strong bodyguard as a guardian to the female lead.

"You are really great Lei'er. I was short-minded." The azure dragon as her brain-dead fan praised her with a big smile without comprehending her true meaning. Even if, she didn't want to fight against her step-mother, there was nothing wrong with going back to her family and live with them.

She was just trying to stay away from trouble and protecting herself from dying again as the poor cannon fodder.

This was the perfect time to hone her skills in the prestigious sect without getting in between major troubles of the story and staying away from the important characters of the story.

Meng Zhang was pleasantly surprised at her decision. "Fine! It's great that you decided to go there." You have to pass the examination and get the qualification to enter inside it."
