"You shouldn't have said what you said." Eos said, grunting. The four of them were walking to their childhood bakery, Mary's, without Leroy. "Sorry if I'm such an honest being." Azeria countered, rolling her eyes at him. The boy groaned again when he saw her eyes roll. "Don't worry, he won't last a day without having Auntie's baking. None of us would." Azeria tried reassuring him, but it had no avail, only for the masculine boy to scoff. "Your built body heavily contrasts your baby attitude." Eos practically growled at her, whilst Azeria just gave him an unimpressed face as she opened the doors to the bakery. Some strangers, or even the students she knew for a lengthy period of time, would've mistaken that look for an icy, cold glare. But the four knew her. She has made that face countless times as they were kids, not backing out on it and simply asking why was she so uninterested. She would simply answer it with a 'nothing's enough' and it would eventually end with the boys sharing their toy with Azeria.

"What's with all that growling??" The old lady asked, stepping out of the kitchen and smacking Eos with a rolling pin. The three laughed at this, finding it funny that their friend was cowering over an old lady with a kitchen tool. "Oh dearie, where's Leroy?" The lady asked, looking around behind them , hoping she could spot the dark chocolate locks of the male. "He had things to do." Primo was the one who broke the silence after the question, he found the awkward tension surrounding them as suffocating. "Oh, I'll just pack him up some of his favorites. Can you give them to him, please?" The four nodded immediately. They went to their usual table after the lady scurried away again to the kitchen, excited to bake. "Can you two just stop the random fights? It's tiring when we can't tease Leroy!" Aki whined, placing his chin on his palm. "This isn't just some random fight, Kamisaki." Aki whined again at hearing his last name. "Azeria used my full name earlier, and now you're using my last?? Are our years of friendship invisible for you guys?" Eos scoffed at his. The said girl was just looking at him with a stoic face. "Don't you have any violent reaction?" She turned to Primo, sighing as she did so. "Nah, you're all for my entertainment only anyways." He shrugged. "Are you saying your life is boring?" She asked playfully, making Primo chuckle and hit her softly on the head.

"Stop acting like everything's fine!" Eos suddenly interrupted, making the three flinch. "Again, baby attitude." Azeria's face was now decorated with a scowl. "How am I the one with the baby attitude when you're the one clearly being immature?!" He argued. They weren't that loud to disrupt the whole store but their faces surely signified a fight. "How am I immature?? I was just making him realize that he's wasting his time!" She was gripping the table's sides as if it was some stress ball, her nails slightly denting the underside of it. "He knows that already!" Eos banged his fist on the table, making Aki, beside him, flinch. "No, he doesn't. If he did, he wouldn't be doing it anymore! He thinks that he'll eventually come to like what he's doing or that his 'daddy' would be proud!" Eos calmed down at this, realizing her words were true. "You still didn't have to put it the way you did." He sighed, finally looking at Azeria in the eyes. "What? Wanna have a sleepover and talk about our feelings? Then maybe cry 'til it's 3?" She mocked, making the male glare at her again. "Y'know he needs tough love. We can't talk about our feelings since we're fakers, let's face it. Us talking about it would just end with 'I'm okay, you don't need to worry' and other stupid things." The three males sighed, all at the same time. It made the awkward tension dissipate as they laughed. "But you can't apologize to him, not now at least." Eos reminded her. "Yeah. He'll flat out ignore me." She nodded.

"Why are you two so quiet today, anyways?" She turned to the twins, eyeing them alternately. "Code." The two, Eos and Azeria, sucked in a deep breath. 'Code' was a code for whatever they didn't want to talk about. Whenever said, they should save each other from uncomfortable situations, like this one. "So, wanna go back?" Eos suggested, looking away from the siblings "Yeah." The three said in agreement. "Wait! Before you go!" The lady ran up to their table, holding a big plastic. It smelled of sweets. The four's mouths watering at the smell and sight of it. "Can you dearies give these to Leroy? And you can get some too since you all sounded so stressed." She sad sweetly, her eyes turning to crescents. The four eagerly nodded, making the lady laugh at their excitement over her little baked goods. It reminded her of when they were kids, the fact that only three little macaroons baked specifically for them made their eyes sparkle. "Stay safe along the way, alright?" Her voice to them was ever so soothing and motherly, it made them feel like home. They nodded, bidding their farewells and little 'you toos' as they left the bakery. "Wanna eat this and just pretend that Auntie forgot about him?" Azeria asked, holding up the plastic bag while looking at the other three. She felt a little unnerved when they rolled at her, but her confidence came back once their hands were inserted to the bag, trying o find their favorite treat inside. "You're the devil." Aki said, grabbing a muffin from the container. "A total misfit." His twin added as he took the banana bread inside. "That means 'absolutely'." Eos chuckled, grabbing a cupcake. The three laughed at the sight of him with frosting on his upper lip, finding it so unlikely for a male with his body and demeanor to eat such a cute and sweet treat and even having it smudged on his lips.
