“How dare you?” Owen hissed. “How fucking dare you?” With his free hand Owen snagged a thrashing arm and twisted it. “Look at him! Look at how much bigger you are than he is. You think that means it’s okay? You think you can just do whatever you want? You think—”

Owen’s words were cut short as a body pulled him away. Another did the same with the man Owen still had gripped, dragging the two of them apart, and the man let loose another howl as hair tugged free of its roots and his arm was forced into a less stable hold. “Let him go!” a voice hollered from behind Owen, and though he hated it, despised the thought of following the order, Owen released Sebastian’s attacker with a grunt.

“Get them outside,” an old man, who had much more strength than appearances would have led one to believe, grumbled. “The fuck is wrong with you two—”
