Changes

It was five minutes ago that Terry asked him where Xin was. He was confused as she had taken off nearly forty minutes ago and as he responded that he was caught off guard by how everyone says the two were together. He thinks and jerks up and is now rushing back toward the school. Normally the only ran in the mornings when about to be past acceptable late however as he sees the sign coming to view his eyes focus.

Terry sees him running up in motion as he is by the gate. "D where have you been I can't get her on the holo?" as Dante tries and both see the result they now look around and after a few minutes Dante is rushing after Terry as they finally got a ping using the friend app "Dante whatever is going on stay calm, okay?"

When they get there a crowd is gathered and both feel dread and push their way to the front to find Xin on the ground. She looks to have been beaten so badly she is nearly dead and as Dante goes to react Terry does. "It is okay Terry we called for help!" both look over to see one of Xin's other friends and her eyes are red with tears of both nod in thanks "How could you do this Dante?"

Dante looks to her confused as do several others now looking between the two. "What are you talking about I was at lunch at BonBon's until Terry contacted me." he goes to talk more before she points at Xin "Wait, are you blaming for this?"

She sobs heavily as several others go to her to console her and now people are shoving Dante away from Xin. He doesn't move at first but as Terry says he will keep her safe he backs off and is lost in thought until a fist hits the side of his face. Looking up he sees a guy he doesn't know and after they pull back he moves and tosses them away.

Looking around suddenly his surrounded by the disciplinary squad and after looking he still doesn't see the nursing staff. "What the hell is going on?" he points towards her "Why are you here, where is the nursing staff? Xin is hurt!"

Malcolm steps up and holds up a tablet. "We have it under reputable information that you and Xin were together and the result was her present state. We have come to subdue you from doing further harm and take you in for questioning or do you wish to start another fight?"

Dante is now losing his calm as his eyes narrow. "I am not going anywhere until she is being taken care of so you want want to test me then go ahead and we will see what I CAN do to someone."

He goes to strike out as a voice calls out. "Dante!" he looks over and stops as Linda is walking up to them "What is going on here?" as Malcolm reports the situation to her she sighs and looks to Dante "Honestly I head out and you do this?" Dante jerks as his head rockets up to face her "You best hope you didn't take your fun too far."

Dante takes a few steps to regain his footing as his mind is racing as she is holding a tablet and now the nursing staff is showing up. He is a lost in thought as they are running over and people are moving so they can look after Xin. He doesn't even react as her words have derailed him and is now being led away. Terry looks up as they are all leaving and looks to the person next to him. "What is she talking about and why is she being so cold to Dante?"

It comes out later that day that Xin was abused as well as being and all of the school are calling for Dante to be punished by the school security. As he sat in the detention room he finds himself lost in his mind. He only has two friends and his girlfriend he cares for in this entire damn school and someone savaged Xin. Linda was acting oddly but as she is one of the captains of the security squad she has to keep a distance so that makes sense. However that leaves Terry alone and as he hadn't hurt her it means Terry is in danger.

Xin woke up over a month later to the shock of many after her beating and it was revealed that Dante hadn't been with her and that she was attacked by several guys who covered her head but she heard their voices. The last two months Dante has been sent to one of the Gongal Sites. Hard labor and beatings are usual and most that go in die as the guards are only there to keep them inside.

Dante steps up and looks to the sign Supplementary Academy Area 92. Looking forward he starts to walk in as he has only three goals in this school now. Look for Xin to make sure she is safe. Find Terry to ensure his bro is alright. Find out what happened with Linda and she hasn't even said anything since his release.

One of the security guards step up and holds up a hand as Dante looks to him coldly. "Excuse me are you a student here or a visitor?" Dante does a respond right away and looks around as they never had guards before and looks back to him before pulling out his student ID "These are the old IDs you will need to update it." he pauses and jerks realizing the day it was "Are you the student that was sent away who was maybe coming back?"

Dante just walks past him not bothering to answer dumb questions. His goal is administration as he has some paperwork to fill out and apparently a new ID to get. However he stops as the door doesn't open and as he looks around he can see a high-tech new device above it. He knows these things as they only allow entry to those with permission.

"I can't believe you survived and came back after what you did monster." Dante looks over and sees one of the little tools but as he gives a quirk of a smile the guy starts to stammer "What, what the hell is wrong with you?"

Dante points to the door with his thumb. "Either you help me in or we can stay out here together, alone." Dante has a slight smile on his lips but his voice carries no emotions and that causes a sweat to run down his spine.

Dante walks ahead of him after the doors open and looks around at the inside to look the same despite the security upgrades outside. The secretary looks up in gasps seeing him as he walks in and nods. "Welcome back Mister Cross. I wasn't sure you would come back after what happened or if you ..."

He nods and waves a hand as her voice trails off. "It wasn't too bad so don't worry I have nothing against you. I need to get a new ID and my schedule plus I'm hoping that you can help me locate my friends Lin Xin and Terry Daniels?"

She puts a hand to her mouth as tears well in her eyes and Dante slows and freezes as a color drains from his face. "I am so very sorry but Terry died in an accident over a month ago." Dante is frozen in place and as his rage starts to build up he hears her voice again "Miss Lin should be in her first class right now."

Dante looks to her as tears start to run down his face as he looks to his hands before up to her. "May, may I be in her class please?" the lady sees his reaction and after all his gone through his friends are his first concern and after one was attacked the other died "I would like to be with her as much as I can as now I only have one person left."

She moves and gets up as she steps around the desk and hugs him. He was taller than she was but right now this young man needed someone and words are not enough. She holds him a few moments before she can feel his body relaxed and as he hugs her she feels tears on her neck. "I will do all I can however she is in class and you can just head there today all right?" He nods as she smiles and sends him off after informing him of his change in dorms saying his new ID will be there plus schedule later.

Everyone looks up as the door opens and as the teacher goes to speak out everyone falls silent as Dante steps in the room. None dare speak as most figured he was going to die there but as a voice gasps his head turns and he quickly is heading that way. "You are still alive!" Dante pulls her into his arms as the two embrace and she sobs heavily "I'm so thankful."

Dante lifts her and looks to the teacher as the man nods his head and motions as the two head out of the class. Once outside Dante heads to the large tree in the center of the park and sits holding her in his lap as she clings to him she lets all her emotions flood out. His own eyes rain down as he holds her and more as he learns of what happened while he was imprisoned.

They stay under the tree for most of the day even after she has fallen asleep he sits there before closing his eyes resting. He opens his eyes as he can hear voices then looks around seeing several from the security squad and narrows his eyes. From what she shared she said it was some of them but without proof nothing came of it.

Dante is watching them and as they see him two split up and are holding weapons. "We are here to bring you in for questioning as you have taken a student from class without permission and kept them from study and have threatened other students."

Dante moves and lifts her softly in his arms as she is sleeping and looks to them. "You best leave before I show you why I survived." as they go to step forward suddenly they take several steps back as his eyes focused on them and two are shaking so bad one drops his weapon "I will deal with you, later." he walks past them with her in his arms and as he is now past them he softly speaks again "Let him know."
