Simple Minded

Looking at the pair who made trouble on the field and then laughed heartily, he was in a trance for a moment.

If he had never picked up the swords in the first place, he would have stayed in that village for his entire life. He will never encounter any of the schemes that befall onto his head and caused the mess of his life.

But he picked up the sword.

Because he wanted to protect the people in the village and his family members.
