Lady Sophia's order had reached the general who was on his way to meet her.
He knew the royal house was filled with the power struggle. Most of them were power-hungry and he was careful with whom to ally with and whom to be wary of and lady Sophia was one of them.
All guards maintained a steady stance as soon as they saw him walking by. Many salute him while he nods.
Lilith announced his presence to her and was granted passage.
" General, I hope I didn't trouble you," she asked walking to a private manor while he trailed behind.
" I'm at your service my lady" came his curt reply as he followed her into the Manor.
" I hope this isn't the wrong time for this? She said pointing to a chair beside the table.
" I'm all ears, my lady. Like I said I'm at your service" he repeated refusing to sit.
