Oliver look in his AI chip for advance day agricultural method which can yield production with less effort. he found out about 4 crop rotation method. he read about it in depth and thought about implementing it.

City has become a lively place from the last one month, every inn and hotels can be seen with full of people's. New developmental activity is taking place in southern corner of the city. This southern area was barren before sometime. but now anyone can see people from outside coming and going in this area, they are buying lands at higher price to stay close to the city. bigger warehouses can be seen besides houses. This house is built at rapid pace. It's majestic appearance cannot be lower than small castle. The owner of the house is merchant Hasting, one of the wealthiest merchant in Valeria Kingdom. He is building this house in a hope of great prosperity. He believe in Oliver's ability and vision to change the future of his barony as well as its citizen.

Everyone in capital city can find work now a days. as it is summer, people do not have that much work to do. they usually survive by hunting and gathering, but this year everyone one of the people, women, men, even young children above 13 can be seen doing hard labor either under merchants, artisan, or directly under barony. wages of the people is increasing due to shortage of people. even so recruiter are willing to higher people. Most of the people are getting paid higher that usual because of this demand for commodity is increasing rapidly. Newly arrived merchant can be seen setting up there new shop with bright smile on there face. Slowly but steadily life of the people are changing inside capital city of Carroway. This developmental activities has pour liveliness into peoples life. Economy is also gaining its momentum. This changes are very much desirable.

Oliver on the other side has decided to visit farm tomorrow morning. During this period he notice that crushing limestone is very heavy task for servants. To solve this basic problem he thought about building basic stone crusher. With this he can increase the output of cement. Although he will not sell cement to other at this point because his own internal need is huge but after looking at magical effect of cement merchant and noble will ask him to sell some. For that he need to increase his output.
