Our main character is a celestial, a species which is born in outer space. They are a seemingly omniscient race who have lifespans of about 15-20 million years. They are unable to kill themselves and can't be killed by anyone unless that person is also a Celestial.
Birth:
Birth dates are not specific as they count age in years. If born in the later half they start counting in the following year. If in the early half, that year is counted. This race does not have the ability to give birth whether male or female.
All celestials are created and born in an isolated galaxy due to their unstable power which could destroy low level worlds. They are conscious of themselves from birth.
Aging:
•From a baby's body to toddler's takes 200 thousand years.
•Toddler to child takes 300 thousand years
•Child to tween takes 500 thousand years
•Tween to teenager takes 1 mil years
•Teenager to young adult takes 1.5 mil years
Overall they are about 3.5 mil years old by the time they are physical and mental adults. This is to accommodate their long lifespan.
Sexuality of race: Due to not having a gender which can give birth, no ideal sexuality has been made. Homosexuality is considered normal and they don't really call it that. They classify all sexualities (gay, straight etc.) as simply love.
Power : They have high intelligence and every celestial has the power of every element but their power/affinity varies in each element. Meaning that they can have a high affinity for water but low affinity for wind, to the point where it isn't very usable. This is the handicap given so that they won't be too powerful.
Elements - water, fire, light, earth, darkness, air, creation, shifting, time and space and the sub elements.
Levels - level zero (almost unusable), low level, medium level, high level, legendary level.
**Shifting : Not SHAPE-shifting. Celestials cannot change their appearance. This shifting allows them to add or change minor features, eg. adding ears or tails to blend in with races like beastmen.
They can also change their constitution to match that of other races,
Eg. Shifting to Ghouls; The Celestial would not be able to eat human food either and would also require human meat while shifted. However, the fact that they are Celestials remains so they would not die after one month without human flesh but would only feel pain and hunger. Also, they can turn back any time.
Emperors/ Empresses: The ruler of each Empire. They are the exception to the power handicap.They have high affinity with all elements except for the sub element of their Empire's element which is at the legendary level.
They are:
- Celestial Emperor/ Empress of the Sun
- Celestial Emperor/ Empress of the Sea
- Celestial Emperor/ Empress of the Flame
- Celestial Emperor/Empress of the Sky
- Celestial Emperor/Empress of the Land
- Celestial Emperor/Empress of Time and Space
- Celestial Emperor/Empress of Death
Empires:
Each Empire has its own planet. The seven planets are next to each other forming a circle, with one in the middle which isn't owned by any Empire. Celestials are classified into the Empire by their strongest element. Each realm has a circle of planets.
Coming of age:
The Emperors/Empresses only become ones at 3.5 mil years old which is when they hit the young adult stage. Before then, the rulers are considered crown princes/princesses.
During the time the new crown prince/princess is about 3 mil, the current emperor for that Empire moves up to the other realm. So the throne of that kingdom would be temporarily empty.
Emperors/ Empresses - The element they have at legendary is not at that level as a whole. Take for example, if you have the power of darkness you would have: dark magic, puppetry magic, shadow magic, blood manipulation and necromancy.
When this element is at legendary, it means that one of these sub elements are at the legendary level (the rest at high). Due to this not every Emperor/Empress of the same element has had the same legendary power.
Eg: An Emperor of the Dark Empire may have had legendary level puppet magic and the Empress after him may have legendary level blood magic instead. All in the dark element.
