*Why is he with you!

Hazel smiled, and his smile made Vira feel even more uneasy.

What's with this guy? I need a quiet and comfortable campus atmosphere. I want to study and concentrate on my education. Why does he have to take the same class as me? Now he's acting like we're close friends, as if he's some handsome male angel. Did he forget what he did before? Has he forgotten that he insulted and humiliated me?

Oh, God! I can still remember everything so clearly. How could he smile like a fool in front of me?

Vira wanted to scream just at the sight of Hazel's face, which made her sick, but in reality, she could only remain silent, hiding the curses in her heart.

"Good morning, my junior colleague! My name is Theo. I'm a nice and handsome senior. As a warm welcome, I'm planning a party for you, my dear juniors. My friends and I, fellow seniors, have prepared a festive gathering at X Cafe, so there's no reason for you not to come!"

All the students' attention shifted to the front of the class.

Theo and several other seniors, with their arrogant style, wore cynical smiles as if they had the most perfect faces in the world. They swept the room, looking for junior students who caught their attention.

Theo's eyes stopped when they landed on Hazel. His smile briefly faltered, his eyes sharpening as he slowly tucked his hands into his jeans pockets.

Theo's gaze turned sharp as he walked arrogantly toward Hazel's desk.

Noticing someone interfering with his "toy" made Hazel lift his head.

Theo's face irritated Hazel.

"It's nice to see you again," Theo said sarcastically, his cynical smile never leaving.

Vira heard the sarcasm in Theo's voice and couldn't help but pay attention, though she tried to act natural.

Hazel, who had been focused on Vira, now met the sharp gaze of his arrogant senior.

Hazel slowly rose from his seat with calm body language, meeting Theo's gaze directly.

Hazel's face changed completely. He chuckled and hissed, then turned away.

He's good at making intimidating faces.

"What's up with this campus?" Hazel asked, looking at anyone who was staring at them.

"I'm looking for the best college in town," he said with a disappointed look, his eyes cynically scanning Theo's face. "But I guess all I found was trash in a so-called 'popular college'!"

Vira heard Hazel's taunt and tried not to interfere.

"Dammit!"

Some of Theo's friends, who didn't appreciate his junior's brazenness, started to approach them.

Theo stretched out his hands, signaling for his friends to calm down.

Theo then gave a restrained gesture and smiled, glancing back at Hazel's hot face.

"The word 'trash' suits you better!" Theo whispered with a bitter smile, before heading back to the front of the class with his friends.

"Nice to meet all of you, fellow seniors. I hope we can get closer at this weekend's party!" Theo said as he walked out, his arrogant style still intact.

Before disappearing through the door, Theo raised his thumb and index finger, aiming them like a gun at Hazel. "Bang!"

Vira squeezed her forehead in frustration. She had a headache.

Now it wasn't just Hazel; even the seniors were acting childish. Was this what campus life was really like? Taking a deep breath, Vira muttered to herself.

Today had been exhausting. She had an unforgettable morning and now had to deal with this bizarre campus atmosphere!

Her chest felt hot, and she massaged her forehead, trying to ease the dizziness.

She pulled out something from her bag, cutting it into pieces. She then placed hot balm patches on both sides of her forehead.

"Damn, this is the worst first day!" she muttered weakly, sinking back into her seat.

"What did she put on her forehead?"

"Maybe it's some kind of analog paper?"

"Or a brain sensor?"

"I've never seen anything like that. Is it some sort of new communication tool?"

"Look, she's closing her eyes. Is she analyzing the data in her brain?"

Vira grew even more irritated hearing the ridiculous gossip from her classmates. She felt like she was going crazy.

What are they talking about? I don't care about data, analog stuff, or scanning! Stop gossiping about me! Go gossip about Hazel and that cocky senior! Vira held back her irritation.

"Vira, do you want to have lunch with me?" Hazel whispered from behind her.

The bad luck of my life just never ends! Vira sighed heavily, resigned to her fate.

Vino parked his luxury car, wearing black sunglasses, leaning on the body of the car with his arms crossed.

Many eyes were on him, all captivated by his handsome figure in a formal suit.

Who wouldn't be fascinated by that display?

Not long after, Vira came out of the classroom, her face tired and her posture slumped. She looked like a zombie who had lost its will to live.

Seeing Vino waiting for her in the parking lot made her sluggish.

"Oh my God, my suffering is complete today!" she grumbled tiredly.

Vino waved his hand, signaling for her to approach him.

He stood up straight, legs crossed, arms still folded across his chest, ready to greet her.

But to his surprise, Vira wasn't alone. A man was walking beside her.

Vino's surprise deepened as he saw the figure walking next to his wife.

He quickly removed his sunglasses, narrowing his eyes as he observed the situation.

"No way, that man…" Vino couldn't believe his eyes.

Vira and Hazel finally parted ways, but unlike before, this time, Hazel's usual arrogant face had softened a little. He gave Vira a small smile as he walked away.

"What the hell! Why is he smiling?" Vino felt a chill run down his spine.

Vira approached where Vino was standing.

"What is he doing?" Vino asked, his voice dripping with cynicism.

His curiosity was piqued.

Vira shot him a sarcastic glance before getting into the car.

"Should we talk about him?" she retorted.

Vino quickly got in the car, still curious about what had just transpired. He was ready to drive, but his mind was still occupied with the sight of Hazel.

"Why was he with you?" Vino asked again, still perplexed.

Vira laid back in her seat, covering her face with her palms. She sighed deeply.

"Oh my God!"

"I want to ask you, why did you bring me to this campus?" she said curtly.

"What?" Vino didn't understand.

"What, what? I'm so tired today! Why am I surrounded by strange men!" Vira complained, holding back tears.

Vino gave her a sarcastic glance.

"What are you complaining about? You're sitting in my luxury car, studying at an expensive, popular college, living in a modern and cool apartment, enjoying all the best facilities!" Vira shot him a look of disbelief.

"What are you complaining about?"

"You're showing off your fortune?" she exclaimed, clearly annoyed.

"There's nothing wrong with what I said," Vino responded, unwilling to back down. "I'm just telling you the truth!"

"Yes, I know you're rich. You have luxury cars, expensive buildings, property, and money..." Vira glared at him.

Vino caught a glimpse of the depth in her gaze.

"You know I have everything…" Vino whispered, almost proudly.

"You're right. But there's one thing you don't have!" Vira's finger pointed to her chest, causing Vino to freeze as his eyes followed her movement.

Vino stared at her chest, both of them awkwardly avoiding each other's gaze.

"That's not what I meant, idiot!" Vira hissed sarcastically. "A heart. You don't have a heart or feelings!"

*Brakes!*

Vino slammed on the brakes, pulling the car to a sudden stop. He got out of the car quickly, his face cold.

He yanked open Vira's door.

"GET OUT!" Vino ordered firmly.
