Headquarters of Seven Heavens Guild.

Jonathan Gargano, the Guild master of Seven Heavens Guild and Somia's father.

He was a big brawly man oozing with power. Jonathan was an SS-Rank, one of 15 core member of the Association.

Right now Jonathan was staring at the man before him.

The man was trembling head to toe. He couldn't withstand the pressure of an SS-Rank Mage directed at him.

The man was none other than the branch head of the guild in Reeple city, Drece Fox.

"You know what you have done?"

Jonathan asked in a serene tone. The softness of his voice pierced every part of Drece's body.

"I was wrong. I admit it! Please forgive me Sir. Please Sir, I won't do it ever again. I never knew this would happen!!.....I-It was the dungeon's fault. Yes! It wasn't my fault. It was just that the luck of your dau-... Aaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!"

Before he could continue any more, he was sent flying till the other end of the room by Jonathan. His face was showing clear sign of being pis*ed.

"Take him away or I might just remove this disgusting bug's existence here and now. I still have a use for him. Kadhil keep him in the basement."

"Yes, Guild Master."

Kadhil, Jonathan's secretary and the manager of the guild, ordered a staff member to drag away the fainted Drece and leave him in the basement.

After Drece was taken away, only the two of them remained.

"..Huh" Jonathan sighed.

He then looked towards Kadhil and asked,

"Has she woken up yet? And also what about the other two?"

"No, they still haven't."

"It's been three days since then.....!"

Three days ago, when the artifact on Somia broke, it sent a signal in the headquarters. A team of Elites were dispatched to the obtained location. When the team reached the branch of the guild in Reeple city, they discovered all the illegal activities of the branch head and it's members. They all were captured.

The hunting team went inside the dungeon 'Stone Age'. They cleared the first and the second floor in quick succession. After the second floor, they were teleported to a hidden floor. The hidden floor was a destroyed mansion. Inside the room that was destroyed from a huge battle, there were bodies everywhere. Fortunately, all the students were alive. Though they were not in great condition.

Along with the unconscious students, the monsters, the group of dead humans, four bodies stood out the most.

Two of them were demons, one old goblin and one old human.

When the students were brought back to the headquarters, some of them were really in bad shape. Even if the external injuries were to be healed they would still be mentally unstable. Then Jonathan made a decision. He made every student drink a special potion which would erase their memories of the last 48 hours.

On the same day, Jonathan brought the four bodies and shown it to the Association. The whole story of his team was told to them. Then started a heated discussion for straight two days.

In these two days, a lot of rules regarding Dungeon dive were changed. Many dungeons were given special attention as the possibility of having another demon inside was high. All the corrupted members of the guild who acted like Drece were kicked out.

The Grace Academy's Principal, Yullia Sebes, one of the 15 members of the Association, made changes to the rules of Academy and also for the upcoming exam. The upcoming exam was going to be a dungeon dive, but now the plans has to be changed.

Rey's POV____

It's been a whole night since I woke up.

It was the same feeling I had when I suddenly woke up in Rey II's body. When I woke up, different place, different room and no memory of how I ended up here whatsoever.

After some time, an attendant came inside the room and was shocked to see me sitting on the bed.

The attendant quickly called somebody and then she turned towards my side and started asking me things like are there any problems with my body or if there was anything I need.

A full tray of luxurious meal was brought in for the night.

Then she got up and told me to rest. I will be called in the morning for a very important meeting.

Now, anytime I will be getting the invitation for the meeting. The attendant only told me regarding all the questions was, 'You will know everything in tomorrow's meeting.'

And the invite arrived.

It was the same attendant who served yesterday. She then lead me to quite spacious hall with many familiar and unfamiliar people.

There were my friends- Kale, Jim and Natalie. My classmates- Elliott, Amisha. And the rest of them were unknown to me.

Except for one man, who was coldly staring at me since I entered the room.

Even the attendant was leading me towards the empty seat beside the man. Every student I saw were sitting separately with one or two adults.

'I know where this is going!'

~sigh.

That man was none other than the Guild Master of Shattered Sword Guild. He was the maternal grandfather of my step-brothers and the father of my stepmother. According to Rey's memory, this was the first time we ever met face to face.

'Even from this far I can see his disgust for me. '

His name is Roman Razaar. The man referred to as the 'Sword Demon'. He is also a member of the Association.

The Sword Demon became famous when showed his incredible prowess in the war against the demons decades ago. He sliced two demons in half and earned his nickname. Roman was hailed as a hero figure at that time.

When he opened his own Guild, it was booming with prosperity and was one of the best. But as time passed, Roman's age became his weakness. Many new heroes popped up surpassing the old ones by a huge margin. The guild also could not withstand the great change within recent years and fell to lower levels. Now it is only a Gold grade guild.

When the guild was weak, a young man entered the stage. His name was Austin Hilde. He had a great potential and Roman took Austin as his disciple. Then he married his one and only daughter to Austin.

When Roman heard that Austin had many mistresses, he didn't look into it much as he himself had many when he was young. But when he heard that a child from his mistress was brought to the main house, he became furious.

But when he asked for reasons, reality slapped him hard. His grandsons had little to no talent. Even Roman had to admit the truth. And he understood the thought process of Austin, that is to bring in a talented child to the house.

Afterall Roman also needed a heir to become the face and master of the guild. The next guild master was obviously Austin, but what about after him. His grandsons clearly were not fit. Let alone Austin, he himself didn't want his grandsons anywhere near the guild.

This is why he had many fights with his daughter, who loved her sons.

For Roman, he cannot be angry towards his family nor towards his disciple, he loved them all regardless. So, I became the obvious target for all his accumulated anger.

'Well apart from giving me looks of disgust and staring at me with those cold eyes, he never did anything more. Like I said, we never even talked!!'

The tables were arranged in a peculiar manner such that, all the small tables with the families of the students were facing a central table.

I arrived at my seat and looked at the staring old man before sitting. He quickly turned his head and looked at the other way. And I could only sit on my seat with an awkward smile.

Everyone from the students- my friends, the toppers, including myself were confused as to why are we here or rather how are we here, why can't we remember anything and all.

But contrary to us the adults had a grim expression. They were very serious. And there were also many members of the Association present, a majority of them were here for the meeting.

A sudden chill entered my body, the old man was once again looking towards me. But this time his intention was to say something and he was gesturing to come closer.

I leaned a little towards him.

"Do you remember anything that happened the before yesterday??"

"No. I don't."

"Hn..."

After hearing my answer, he once again looked away.

At that time, a brawny muscular man with shiny brown hair entered the meeting room and took the central seat.

He was none other than the Guild master of Seven Heavens Guild Jonathan Gargano. He only came with his secretary.

After he arrived, the meeting became lively. Jonathan had a good look at every members of the meeting and then he grabbed the mike.

"First of all, welcome everyone and a heartiest apology for calling at such a short notice. Some of you may know what I'm talking about. Today's meeting is about the children. Ahm! Ahm!"

He coughed and looked at every student.

"Children, you may have a lot of questions right? Why am I here? How I got here? Why can't I remember anything about the past two days? Why is a meeting like this is happening? and many more."

"The thing is, you all went inside the dungeon. An accident happened and you students were all involved in it. You were at the heart of the incident and were all injured badly. And that incident is highly confidential. That's why the Association have decided to erase your memories of the last two days with a Memory Cleansing Potion. And I was given the responsibility to heal you and take care of you while you were unconscious. Now there are only three students who are still asleep. This meeting was called upon to let you and the elders of your house to know of the matter.

Of course, some compensation and rewards will be given to all of you. As compensation, we have provided all of the students with a sum of 100 million res each. And as a reward, your entire fees for the Academy has been nulled until your graduation and after graduation, regardless of your performances, you will all be accepted in the top five guilds."

The meeting room became noisy with all the chatters once again. This time the children were as exited as the adults especially my team. The chance to enter the top 5 guilds is only given to those who rank in top 50 till the graduation. A guarantee like this is a very generous reward.

'Doesn't have anything to do with me though!!'

I'll be leaving this world after the first semester ends.

The 100 million res was the gift that matter the most. I was truly well and out of money, so this was a very good thing.

'But what exactly did happen in the dungeon....Jerry do you remember something?'

[I don't remember the start but I remember how it ended though!]

[I'll tell you when we are alone, just like that guy said you all were in some deep sh*t!]

'I'll talk to you later than...'

After some more chatting and some discussions about other topics like politics and monsters, the students were all escorted towards the room which they spend the night in.

I was once again lead by the same attendant, what she said her name was...Nile. After entering the room Nile told me to rest and left with her final words that, in the evening we will be taken to the Academy dorms.

After she left, I checked for any surveillance cameras or hidden artifacts. And after checking every corner, it was now time.

"Tell me everything you know about what happened in the dungeon that day, Jerry!"
