Go And See That Bastard's Face

Two days later, Heisuke found that Yoichi had a day off on Saturday. He immediately asked the latter if they could swap it.

They were having a lunch break when Heisuke brought up the subject.

Because Heisuke, Yoichi and Tadao brought their own lunch boxes, they chose to eat at a spot outside the warehouse. They sat under a shady tree, enjoying the cool air. The others went to the nearby eateries.

Fortunately, it was the morning shift, which meant that Heisuke could go home with Hisaki once they clocked out.

"Oh, you've never asked for such a thing before," Yoichi was interested in Heisuke's request, "Do you have anything important that day?"

"Err..."

Heisuke was unsure whether to come clean or not. After all, it was not like he had an important matter like going to the bank or any government office. His next hospital appointment also was scheduled for the end of next week.

But, it was better to tell Yoichi directly, right?
