41 Location

The next day Tony woke up and performed a series of exercises before breakfast to keep himself fit since he wasn't going for training.

After training he had his bath and went downstairs to have his breakfast with his family. After breakfast while he was relaxing at home, the real estate agent called him and informed him about having three locations that fitted his requirements.

She then inquired on when he would be free. Tony fixed an appointment for the afternoon to go see the buildings since he would not be going for training today.

He dressed up a little bit formal as he usually just dressed casually or track suits when he went for training. Since he wasn't going to the academy today he dressed formally in a shirt and plain trousers as now appeared a little older than he actually was.

Tony drove over to the real estate office where he met and greeted the agent, before they then drove off in his car while she gave him directions to the closest location she had found.

She told him about the three different locations where they were positioned and which she felt had more business potential.

The first location was very close to his house which Tony felt was to his advantage as he could easily come and go as he pleased. But the facilities where not as spacious as he envisioned and required as they inspected the building.

While they were still in the building, Tony used his phone to check up on his teams match against Newcastle in the Fa cup. He saw that the match was just starting as the time was 2:30 sharp.

After they had finished checking the first building, he and the real estate agent entered his car and drove off as she directed him to the second location.

The second building she had found was a little closer to the academy than to his home. But it was still at least in his vicinity, even though it was still a little bit far from the academy.

Since the second building was close to the city center where the academy was, Tony felt if he had to choose without seeing the buildings this was going to be his choice due to the location.

And the price the real estate agent told him the second location was being priced at showed that it was really on the expensive side.

In Tony's previous timeline his convenient stores mainly just had a big hall space where he placed the neatly arranged goods in a strategic manner accross the aisles, the hall was the main place he needed with specific requirements.

He only needed a couple of thousands for rent for the store space, but the space he was presently looking for had different requirements and the rent will definitely be more than 5,000 pounds.

When they finally got to the location, Tony saw that the place was in a business district where there were other businesses around. He drove around the street a little while checking if they were any arcade store who he would be competing with.

He drove around while the real estate agent tried to convince him that there was no similar establishment in the area. When Tony was done driving around the area checking, he then drove towards the building.

Before he went into the building he quickly checked his team's match against Newcastle, it was half time already and the score was a draw of 1:1.

Since there was still a half of the match to be played Tony wasn't too downcast. He wanted his team to try there best in the Fa cup in case they met an unfortunate situation in the league and failed to win it, at least they could still try and win the cup competition to prove themselves.

After checking the match, he began to inspect the building. The building was brown in colour and appeared to be very big and wide as it also had a wide entrance. Tony and the real estate agent went into the building to check on it.

It was a simple building that had enough space for what Tony envisioned for the arcade centre as it had various rooms that could be used for various things.

The main hall would be filled with the various arcade games all over and the design for the whole building was to be very colorful and the lighting had to be perfect for the different areas.

Tony was very impressed and interested in the building as he inquired on the building from the real estate agent. The total fee was about #10,000 monthly and he had to pay for at least 6 months up front.

Tony felt it was okay and would even try to maybe buy the building when he had made it big from football.

"The business owner explained to me that there are numerous people interested in the building due to the location and the size of the building. So if you are interested we will have to move fast and let me begin to talk to the building owner."

The real estate agent quickly explained as she saw that Tony was also interested in the building. Tony thought about it for a while before he said.

"It's okay but at least I need to check the last location to be sure of my decision on where to set up"

The agent could only accept as they entered his car and drove. She directed him towards a location that was away from the city centre and was even far from his the academy. On there way they even passed the street that led to where Tony's apartment was in his previous timeline as he felt nostalgic.

'Tony the location of the building we are going to see, would really have to be a damn fine place for me to advise you to choose a location this far and out of your way.' Rose mind communicated to Tony as he drove, he could only agree with her as he wasn't happy with the distance.

When they finally got to the location, Tony saw that not that the place was secluded or necessarily in a bad location, but it was in a part of Town that Tony had no interest and interaction with as he hardly came to this side of town.

He checked the game with his phone again and happily discovered that Man City had won the game by 3 goals to 1. They had successfully scored two goals in the second half to secure the win.

Tony's mood immediately improved as they went in to check the building. He was happy to discover that the building didn't even compete with the first location they had been to on that day as he quickly accepted the second building that was situated at the city center and was a little bit close to the academy.

They left the building after Tony just performed the bare minimum in the inspection of the building.

After that he drove back to the real estate agents office, while he and the agent discussed the final terms of the leasing of the building that was close to the city center.

It was late in the evening when he finally dropped her off at her office, they had agreed to meet very soon when she had finished the agreement and some necessary paperwork with the owner of the building before Tony would then pay and sign the lease.

Tony was really happy that he had seen the second building before someone else leased it and now everything was left in the agents hand to seal the agreement with the owner of the building.

Tony drove home and told his parents about his progress on the building while they had dinner.

After dinner he went to sleep as he knew the next day he would be going to training at the academy.
