Chapter - 7

Monique was not feeling well today. Her job at Club Banana was usually a place for her to enjoy fashion. A job she enjoyed. However, lately she had this uneasy feeling that she was being watched.

She hasn't been able to talk to Kim about it. She wasn't sure she wanted to. Monique was closing the store today by herself. She was alone, but she didn't feel that way.

Then she suddenly heard a buzzing noise, it was faint at first, but it kept getting louder. Soon she saw what was. It looked like a drone, but it could easily fit in the palm of her hand. She wasn't sure what to make of it, but then it threw something on to her head and suddenly everything went dark.

...

Monique awoken to find herself in a rather small room. She grumbled, "Did I seriously get myself kidnapped." She took a deep breath and then said to herself, "Alright this is fine, your girl Kim will show up at moment to rescue you."

When she felt her feet touch the cold floor, Monique noticed two immediate things about her situation. First, she was as naked as the day she was born. Second, the only thing she had on was a single accessory in the form of a collar.

She immediately tried to remove it, only to find her fingers would stop the moment they made contact. As she put her hands down, she couldn't help but feel fear. She just sat there waiting for someone to show up and start monologuing. But nothing happened.

Then again, she wasn't sure how long she had been waiting, there was no real way to tell time.

Suddenly the door opened, Monique thought she was going to get some answers, but to her dismay. A familiar looking yellow woman with ridiculously large breasts, walked in and handed her a newspaper. The woman winked and then left.

Monique tried to remember why that woman seemed familiar, but she was too distracted by her breasts to remember properly. Then Monique looked at the paper, since it was something to do.

The first thing she noticed was the date. According to the paper she had been there for at least four days. She thought to dismiss it as fake, then another article caught her attention. It talked about a fire at a clothing store, and one employee had perished.

It talked about how the police couldn't decide if it was an accident or intentional. Monique then turned to the obituaries, still mentally denying that the paper was real. Then as she feared, a obituary dedicated to her. She dropped the paper. If the paper was real, then why would anyone look for her, if they thought she was dead.

She dropped to her knees. Then the door opened again, and she heard a familiar voice say, "Hello Monique, it has been a while." She looked up and saw the Happy Man standing in front of her. Remembering her condition, she immediately grabbed the blanket and covered herself and demanded to know what was going on.

The Happy Man tilted his head and then said, "That can be a little difficult to explain, it would be faster to show you. Please, give me one of your fingers." Monique wanted to tell him to screw off, but instead she found herself stretching out her hand.

After a quick prick, Monique saw something she wished she didn't. She wasn't bleeding blood, but some white substance. Both her arms dropped to her side, as the realization set in. A myriad of things passed through her mind. So many questions she wanted answered, but she could only ask, "Why?"

H.M. said, "The short answer is because you're beautiful and I wanted you." Monique immediately turned her head to yell at him, only to stop once she realized how close he was. Then, before she could react, he was kissing her.

She should've felt repulsed, push him away, and yelled at him for ruining her life. Instead, she felt warmth, she was enjoying his touch. She didn't struggle when he picked her up into his arms and carried her into another room.

Monique barely registered that Shego and Adrena were in there already. She didn't turn away when H.M.'s hand guided her to look him in the eyes. When he started making tender lover to her, instead of crying or screaming, she wrapped her legs around his waist.

She didn't understand why, but she just did everything she could to be a perfect lover. After he finished, he laid her down on a bed, and more hands and mouths then she knew what to do with, suddenly started caressing and licking her from head to toe. When it was over Monique found herself with a desire to sleep and dream. She was surrounded by other girls who were holding her like a teddy bear.

Kim was depressed, it happened after she got back from her last mission only to learn that her best friend, Monique, had died. The funeral was yesterday, and Kim felt horrible. She knows there wasn't anything she could've done, but she still feels guilty.

Ron was trying to help cheer her up, with the help of his adopted sister, Hana. It did help Kim feel a little better seeing her cute baby face. She was going to miss Monique, but she had to move on. Especially since Wade confirmed that the body was Monique, and she hadn't been kidnapped.

Kim's mind wandered back to that restaurant. Carmen Sandiego and Betty Director were both already looking into it, albeit for different reasons. She could check in with either of them later, once she feels back up to it. For now, there were things that she would need to take care of.

Carmen and Ivy were at Freddy's, and it had just opened. Probably because of that fact, they were witnessing something unexpected. The Happy Man and Roxy were having a slow dance, while the Fun-time crew preformed a song.

While the music was catchy, Carmen felt the lyrics were odd, dark. The one called Circus Baby started singing about how great it was to meet someone and asking for them to join for a bite. Then the song went really dark, talking about inflicting nightmares and getting revenge on whoever they could. At the end she acts like the threats were only a joke and finished the song with the opening lyrics.

As the music stopped, Carmen heard Roxy say, "Thanks for the dance, big boy, I hope we can have an even more fun time later." Carmen thought it was odd, but before she could really think about it, the Happy Man approached their table.

"Welcome, we don't normally get customers this early; I hope you enjoyed Circus Baby's special song." HM said. Ivy answered without thinking, "It was pretty catchy, but what was with that dark stuff in the middle?"

H.M. turned to Ivy and said, "She wrote that song based on her time at a sister location, that she once called home. It wasn't a nice place from what I understand."

H.M. then left and Carmen was left wondering. 'Maybe there is something more to this place. I'll have Player look into the previous locations and find the truth.'

Carmen and Ivy left after they determined that there were no obvious signs that Tigress or Paper Star was still here. Once they were outside, Ivy said, "There were plenty of places for them to hide and avoid the local staff, but I don't see them staying in there, if they didn't have too."

Carmen agreed, and there were still no signs that they ever left. 'There must be something in the basement area that allowed them to escape unnoticed after all it's the only place I was unable to check.' Thought Carmen.

Zack and Shadowsan had checked two of the possible hideouts when they got the news that Professor Maelstrom was arrested. Now they are driving to meet up with Carmen and Ivy.

Zack was bored, he was driving, but Shadowsan preferred to meditate in silence. The van's GPS told him they were only halfway there. He wished they could've flown but Shadowsan is technically still a wanted criminal.

So, they were struck driving through the states. The GPs suddenly chirped, "There is an incoming train, please proceed with caution." Zack stopped at the railway crossing. The dividers were down signaling the train was close. Zack noticed it and let out a sigh.

Shadowsan suddenly yelled, "Zack we need to get out of here!" Turned to ask why, but at that moment a truck slammed into them. The force of which had pushed them onto the tracks. The howling of the train's horn could be heard. However, the incident had left them both disoriented.

Neither of them could escape before the train flatten them. An investigation would later show that the truck was an automated self-driving truck, and it didn't register the van's presence. It would simply be labeled as a tragic accident.

Meanwhile at the same time the incident was taking place, Player was having an interesting video call.

"So, Zack, have you or Shadowsan found anything yet?" Asked Player. Zack answered, "You bet, it appears Professor Maelstrom didn't trust his fellow faculty members. He seems to have clues point to their potential hideouts. But Shadowsan wants us to verify it first. As I understand it, we might not be able to connect you or Carmen right away."

Player responded, "Alright, I'll tell Carmen and Ivy next time I talk to them. The two of you stay safe, alright." Zack answered, "You bet, we'll try to get in contact as soon as we can. Zack out." The call ended, with Player not realizing that it wasn't Zack he was talking to.

H.M. was roving the internet, seeing who would catch his fancy. Granted there were plenty to choose from. The problem for him was finding those who he could both guide to his location and arrange for their disappearance to be written off as open and shut accidents.

A news article caught his attention, "Starting next month, The Hex Girls begin a nation-wide tour!" H.M. thought, 'Hmm... the Hex Girls. That sounds familiar. Oh, they have an event booked here on Sunday in three months' time.'

A realization hit him as he checked the calendar. They were ending their tour here, and there would be plenty of individuals here from out of state. With a little preparation, he could grab a few with no one the wiser.

As his mind returned to the real world, he let out a sigh. Most of the remaining customers were watching the final show. So, he didn't really have anything to do until the end. A drawback to never really needing sleep, he had too much time on his hands.

While the ladies in his room were always fun, the ones up here still had some destructive flaws he had to correct. The anticipation was making everything seem slower. As the crowd began to depart, H.M. noticed something off.

Several teenagers were trying to find places to hide. Children he could understand, but teenagers, and High-school Seniors to boot. After a brief game of cat and mouse and a little pressure from possible jail time. H.M. learned that someone had started some social media challenge. "Hashtag, Five Nights at Freddy's." Evidently the goal was to spend five consecutive nights there without getting kicked out.

This was going to either be an annoying fad, or a potentially useful diversion. Although, H.M. wondered, 'Why five nights? Is there something I'm missing? It really doesn't make sense, unless someone else already did it, and the only individual I know to have done it was that security guard from the first Freddy Fazbear's Pizza.'

H.M. thought for a moment, 'The guard might have been the culprit if he wasn't rumored to be already dead. Reports indicated he died in a fire taking down the Scrap Crew, or one might say setting them free. Then who could it be, who would know the significance of staying five nights?' A chill ran down his spine as a single name came to mind. The only individual who would benefit from causing chaos, William Afton.
