Chapter 10: Sasaeng Fans?

When he reached the 28th floor and stepped out of the elevator, Tong Gui surprisingly also followed him out.

He turned to look at Tong Gui: "What might you be up to now?!"

Tong Gui gestured to her apartment: "I'm going home."

Su Tu looked at Tong Gui's house, then turned back, and a scornful smile appeared on his thin lips: "You really put a lot of effort into this."

This woman seemed to have done lots of homework just to get close to him.

Achun certainly would not be this scheming. Tong Gui, on the other hand, was a woman full of complex schemes. The two, though physically similar, couldn't possibly be the same person.

Tong Gui considered that even if she claimed not knowing that he lived on the 28th floor, Su Tu would probably never believe her.

She didn't explain anything but just took out her key card.

Behind her, Su Tu's cold voice resounded: "I suggest you quit wasting your time on me...."

Tong Gui forcefully shut her door, blocking out Su Tu's voice.

Su Tu didn't expect Tong Gui to be so rude. He shook his head secretly and thought he was deluded on the day of his engagement when he thought Tong Gui might be Achun.

Achun would never shut the door in his face. She wasn't as vulgar and rude as Tong Gui!

The problem was, he had not resided at Zhong Building for a year. Today, on an impulse, he had come to visit and already decided to depart shortly. Why did he run into Tong Gui here?

Could it be that Tong Gui had intel on all his movements and had even arranged for people to spy on him? How did this differ from a stalker?

Or perhaps, was Tong Gui his over-obsessive fan?

Tong Gui was unaware that her encounter with Su Tu at Zhong Building had earned her the label of a "stalker".

When she got home, she did not rest.

The competition would officially start tomorrow, and she was still clueless about figure skating. This time, it was a last-minute decision to join the "Ice and Snow Queen" show.

Since she was here, of course she wanted to showcase her skills.

Yan Wenxiu and her mother had continuously bought negative press to smear her. This was just the beginning. If her performance in the show was poor, it would only give them more ammunition to use against her.

The situation was grim, and her skating foundation was not solid enough. She needed to work even harder.

Tong Gui spent the night absorbing knowledge on figure skating, but theory could never replace practice. If she wanted to not embarrass herself on the show, she needed to practice more diligently.

On the day of filming, Tong Gui showed up at the Snow and Ice World in Yi City early in the morning. Snow and Ice World was the main filming location for this episode of the program.

The other artists appeared one after another. When they saw Tong Gui, most of them displayed expressions of disdain.

Tong Gui didn't take it to heart. She was currently the target of a public backlash. No sane person would have a good impression of her.

Some individuals particularly enjoyed stirring up troubles. Just as Tong Gui finished changing into her skating shoes and managed to stand steady, someone intentionally tried to trip her.

Someone nearby whispered, "Watch out..."

Tong Gui heard clearly, in time to avoid the troublemaker, thus narrowly escaping calamity.

The culprit was Zou Lan, He Xiaoxiao's best friend. He Xiaoxiao had specifically told her to make things difficult for Tong Gui. If she could get Tong Gui kicked out of the show, it would be even better.

But her sudden attack was thwarted by Tong Gui's quick reflexes, thereby foiling her plans.

Tong Gui wasn't angry, though. She shot Zou Lan a provocative look, and then went to speak something in a low voice to Wu Chang.

Zou Lan saw this and was convinced that Tong Gui was complaining about her to Wu Chang.

With this in mind, she rushed over to Wu Chang and started first: "Wu Chang, I didn't do it on purpose. I don't understand why Tong Gui insists that I was trying to harm her. Or perhaps she suffers from delusional paranoia?"
