Chapter 21

Aaliyah's Pov

'Oh, you eat well Vince, look how much you lost weight' said grandma while bringing the rice to Vince.

'Thank you very much grandma' Vince replied and then they started to talk about Vince's staying abroad.

I invited Vince and Jho to my house for dinner because of course, at least they are my friends like Lyca and Nik. Also, I would like Daniel and Vince to get along with each other again because apart from being cousins, they are also good friends. I'm the reason why their relationship was broken, that's why now I want them to go back to before.

I talked to Daniel about earlier , and I was surprised that he didn't bother me to explain that I wanted them to get back together and I gave him the assurance that Vince and I were really just friends so he didn't have to worry anymore.

But I don't know why I feel uneasy now. It looks like they are a complete strangers and cold to each other. I don't know but I'm not that sure. Daniel, me, jho and mom are next to each other, my sister, Vince, Nik and lyca are facing us. Mom and grandma are on each side.

'He's cute, he look like your husband to be. Does he have a girlfriend?' Jho whispered to me which made me smile.

'Yes, as far as I know, he doesn't have a girlfriend' I also whispered to her.

'Nice' she whispered to me again. I made a face and just shook my head at her. She's been like that since college. She's a bit bold and straightforward, especially now that she's been living in the states for a long time.

'Ali here' I was surprised when Vince put his chicken skin on my plate like it was just a simple thing. He knows how much I love the skin of fried chicken.

Silence prevailed for a while and the others didn't know what to say while watching Daniel's reaction.

'A--h hehe thank you' I burst out of tension.

I swallowed when I saw Daniel staring at my plate from the corner of my eye.

I also noticed that Jho's expression was shocked and obviously surprised to Daniel's somewhat heavy aura on Vince.

'That's mine. I want it too' he said seriously and coldly staring at Vince while taking the chicken skin from my plate.

The earlier smile on Vince's lips suddenly changed. They fought again in the staring contest with Daniel.

It's bad. It doesn't seem like a good idea to have dinner together tonight. Lyca has been making faces at me as if she is saying that my decision was wrong.

Yes. And I regret it. Hey.

'Lyca has good news' I said to change the topic a bit. Lyca's expression was shocked that I suddenly gave her the spotlight.

'What is that?' jho

'You say it babe' lyca said to Nik with a big smile.

'Oh because, Lyca and I will be marrying next month together with them' Nik said happily.

'yieehh' Lyca said happily. What I know is that Nik proposed to her a long time ago and they are still choosing for a wedding date.

Just yesterday Lyca told me that she wants us to have the same wedding date to make it memorable.

Someone's POV

After they ate, Aaliyah, Lyca, Jho and the others went out to the garden to get some fresh air and drink wine.

'Are you drinking?' Vince asked Aaliyah noticing that she was already drinking wine. As far as it is known, it only drinks flavored beer.

'Ah hehe yes' Aaliyah answered shyly. Vince just nodded and sipped his wine.

Nik and Daniel are talking about something while Jho is investigating Vince's personality. The young woman was interested in seeing Vince here for the first time, but she was a little disappointed when she realized that she had something with Aaliyah. But in her mind, Aaliyah is about to get married, that's why she made up her mind to attract Vince.

'Really? So did you get a girlfriend there?' jho asked Vince that he was referring to his staying in the states.

'No' he answered but looked at Aaliyah.

'Why? The girls there are beautiful, and sexy' -jho

'They are not my type.' Vince answered briefly.

'Ahh, what kind of girl you want?' The two seem to be in an interview and questions and answers.

'Jho, I know the girl he wants is simple' Lyca interrupted their conversation because maybe where the conversation will go.

'Ahh, is that so? I think I need to change my style now' Jho said jokingly while looking at the sexy outfit. A mini dress that was almost spit out her large breasts. They just laughed in response to Jho's joke.

'I'm just going to get some wine and ice' Aaliyah said and quickly went inside to get what they needed.

'Just a minute' said Vince and immediately stood up to follow Aaliyah inside but Daniel suddenly spoke before he took a few steps.

'Stop right there' he said and went to where he was. A sharp look between the two of them. A death glare.

Another tension reigned around.

'What's your problem?' Vince broke the silence first.

'I'm warning you. If you have another motive for approaching her again, I can't allow that' Daniel replied seriously to his cousin.

Vince smirked at him which made his blood boil even more.

'Are you afraid,? That I can take her from you?' Vince asked annoyed.

'No because I trust her. It's you, that I don't trust' answered Daniel.

'Bro, that's all right, when Ali catches up with you here, it will be bad.' Nik said to the two who had already intervened.

'Don't fight anymore, she wants you to get along' Lyca pleaded with the two.

Daniel first looked away and then followed his girlfriend who was inside. He is disgusted by the behavior he shows to Aaliyah especially that he knows that his cousin has a crush on his girlfriend. He only agreed to Aaliyah's wish for him to go and be close to them again because he didn't want to reject his fiance. Aaliyah just started with smiling and being happy so he doesn't want it to go back to the way it was when their son died.

'Baby' Aaliyah was surprised when suddenly someone wrapped a pair of hands from behind her as if it was caressing her while smelling the fragrant neck of her lover.

When she realized who it was, she smiled and she caressed his face.

'Why did you follow? I can do it,' he asked softly. But Daniel didn't seem to hear anything and hugged his girlfriend even tighter.

'I love you' Daniel whispered to her. Her expression was shocked when she heard this from her fiance for the first time. He knows that Daniel loves him very much and even if he doesn't say it, he makes him feel his girlfriend's love every day. But tonight, it seems that for some unknown reason the pronunciation of those words has become a beautiful music to her ears.

'Did something happen outside? And my fiance is doing this? I love you too' she said softly to Daniel which made Daniel happy.

'No, I just... I just miss you' was his sad answer.

Aaliyah's Pov

'No, i just... I just miss you' Daniel said sadly.

I suddenly felt sorry for him. I know that we are together every day, we sleep next to each other. But I noticed almost now that since Liam died, I almost couldn't give him what he wanted. One day around dawn I felt him caressing my whole body but when I woke up, he suddenly fell asleep. I know that he is just holding back because he knows that until now, I have not moved on with our son.

But as it happened, I neglected him. :(

That's why now while my hands were wrapped around his neck and our faces were almost touching, I kissed him with all my heart and he immediately resisted.

We were thirsty for each other like just now met again. While our lips were touching, his hands were caressing my whole body.

After a while I suddenly remembered that we were actually in the kitchen.

'Someone might have come' I softly whispered to him. He understood I meant him, that's why he looked around.

After a while I pulled him by the arm and then we entered the door of the pantry room where our groceries and stocks are kept at home.

We enter and he immediately locked the door and then claimed my lips again.

He held me by both of my waists then sat me on top of the vanity cabinet here inside the pantry room.

He was kissing me so hard while taking down my spaghetti strap dress. I almost didn't realize that he had already removed my bra.

Daniel signaled to me not to make any noise. I just nodded to him so I only let out a restrained and accented grunt.

'Baby let's continue later in our room' he whispered. I laughed at him while hitting his chest softly. I thought it was not enough for him. He needs more, which of course I wanted too, but maybe someone looking for us outside because we suddenly disappear.

'Why?' He asked while putting on his clothes.

'Nothing' I said laughing.

'Wheres my underwear ?' I asked him and he immediately picked it up from the floor. Because he is always like that as long as he can throw my clothes when he undresses me. I quickly put it on and then he took me down.

He sweated a little when we went out the door together when we stopped walking.

'Are you there??' Jho asked. Vince was with him, carrying wine while she was holding ice.

We sweat more.

'We checked the groceries in the pantry maybe because we need to go grocery shopping again. Baby, I'm just taking a shower, it's tiring because of what we did' Daniel suddenly spoke while looking at Vince as if it was annoyed.

'A-ahh o-oo okay' I answered and he walked to our room first.

'Wow, you guys! You are nice! Relationship goals' When Jho said happily. But Vince was just looking at me seriously and he seemed to be in a bad mood that I didn't know why.

'I'm going home, I forgot to do something. I'll just bring it outside.' he said seriously and then turned back.

'Be careful.' I told him. But he didn't seem to hear anything and went straight out.

'I think he was jealous.' Jho whispered to me.

'Hey, maybe he's just really busy. Oh, you can go first outside, I'll' follow,' I said to her and went upstairs.

'Go on with that! Having one round again!' she shouted at me while I was going up. I signaled to her to be quiet but she just laughed at me.

One week later

Lyca opened the shop because I had to take my family to the province today because my uncle's wife who is mom's sister died. They will stay there for about two weeks.

'Baby, I'm sorry I can't accompany you because we have an important meeting today. Sorry for going alone' Daniel said sadly to me while I was fixing his necktie. Last night he should have insisted to come with us and postpone their important meeting with the company but I didn't agree. Because their meeting is more important now and he is needed there. I don't want to bother him because of us.

'It's okay, I can handle it, don't worry about me, okay? And Adriane is with us so don't worry' I told him.

'I'll call you from time to time. Answer my call. To reassure me' he said and then kissed me on the forehead. I nodded and smiled at him.

But he doesn't seem to want to leave yet because his eyes are still glued to me.

After a while he claimed my lips while his hands started caressing my body.

'That's bad' I whispered as he kissed my neck.

'It's okay. I'm the boss. It's okay to be late' he also whispered arrogantly to me while not stopping what he was doing. After a while, my dress fell to the floor.

'Hey, maybe----' I didn't finish what I was going to say because he's claiming my lips. I couldn't stop the heat of my body. I'm getting carried away by what he's doing. He's such a monster in bed.

'Just be quick baby.' he whispers to me so I can't do anything else. He slowly laid me on the bed when suddenly his phone rang but he ignored it.

He loosened his necktie and then leaned over me slightly while caressing my legs.

He's kissing my neck, shoulder. I feel hot. He lifted my back to remove my bra and took it off effortlessly.

He started kissing both of my breasts while one of his hands crawled below me.

Damn! I closed it a bit because it might get wet right away!

'Spread you're legs baby' he ordered using his seductive voice. I followed him but his phone rang again.

He didn't want to answer it when it rang again and again

'Fuck' he irritably took his phone from the table.

But it seemed really important that's why he answered it right away. When I heard what he was saying, I found out that his dad was on the other line.

It looks like they have a big problem with the company because last night they were heard talking to his daddy.

'Baby I have to go, I'm sorry' he said sadly and dissapointed.

He stood up and got dressed to fix himself and his messy clothes. 'No, hurry up. It's okay.. I'm going to take a shower because we're leaving too. Take care?' I told him.

'Yes baby' He kissed me on the forehead and went out the door.

I sigh.

Suddenly I was disgusted with myself. It's like I didn't like what happened that what we were supposed to do didn't work out.

Hays. What is happening to me? :(

I sadly went to the bathroom to take a shower. Am I doing this? Am I addicted to Daniel's body!
